NECA Batman Returns Mayoral Penguin Devito Action Figure (1/4 Scale)

Have you seen those reviews of the sort of "my husband liked it" or so? I got it as a gift for a friend, but be not afraid, my opinion is personal. I got fascinated by the sheer quality of detail in the fabric and the figure itself. It is certainly clad with more elegance than myself xD and it looks almost alive, I was haunted by the finesse of coloring accurately the teeth. If you are a collector I think you will be quite happy with these figures.

It’s very very realistic it looks so good that it’s almost scary! I’m very pleased with the look of it and the quality of it, it’s good for the price I’d say!

I’m an out of the box collector. Could care less about the box. The figure is incredible in my opinion. Well packaged and decently priced ! I recommend the seller !!

Everyone that sees this figure is amazed. The attention to detail, the layering of costume, he even has the dirty White long-johns with Black high-top books (with laces!). And this bad boy is heavy, he's solid. If you have been thinking about purchasing this figure, go for it, you won't be disappointed. The actual figure is actually superior to the photo used, 'guessing that may have been a prototype. Don't miss out on this one.

Neca has been knocking it out the park for years! This Penguin figure is my first neca Batman 1/4 figure but won't be my last! Very impressed with the detail and Devito Likeness. The price is great for what you get. A+

The figure looks great and it resembles Penguin nicely , the only issue is that you have to learn how to balance it or else it will keep falling . By trying several times you will get there , however displaying it against a wall or at the back of a shelf will be the best option . On the other hand , I had to Iron the coat as when i firstly put it on him it looked messy .. now it looks great !!!

First of all, let me say that right off the bat I loved this figure. The accuracy of Danny Devito's likeness is uncanny. It comes with his mayoral coat, his top hat(with the Shrek dept store name etched inside it), his monocle, and his cigar holder. Neca makes some great figures. Houston we have a problem though. They didn't make a stand for it. The figure is really top heavy. I've seen some people spread his legs to stand him up, but It would only be a matter of time before it fell down. For the price that you're paying, you'd think that Neca would include a stand with it. Their small circular stands don't work and the doll stands won't fit around his waist. I had to return mine because I was afraid it would fall down and get damaged, it's a shame. I think Neca makes some great figures. I just don't understand why they can't include stands with it. If you're not going to take it out of the box, then you're fine, but if you want to display it. That may be a big problem.

What a great figure. It is a lot bigger than I expected and is incredibly detailed. A must for any Batman fan.
