Great quality
I have been using these cards in my creative counselling sessions, with some amazing results.

Great cards
Great cards, usually using them for ice breakers, it will be interesting to adopt to change workshops.

Good quality, good questions on the reverse.
Good set of cue cards. Nice quality, postcard sized and you could write on the back if you wanted to (so could be used once for a specific project, or even sent in the post). I personally choose not to write on them so they can be reused. Take a look at my pics for the type of images. I quite like the initial explanation in terms of the 8 step change process. Each card has a question on the back relating to the picture and how to think about it in terms of the change process. This is a little more prescriptive than I've used before but I really liked it as there were questions I wouldn't necessarily have asked. So for example on the reverse of a picture of six doors is the question "What opportunities are uncovered during the change process?". I like this set, there's a good explanation and decent photography. I've used a similar set from the same company (but without the change process info on the back). This set would be best suited in a workplace context (I used my other plain set with teenagers) and probably in a corporate context (pick your moment, using metaphors and exploring change needs to be done when you have time and participants who are engaged). Overall, recommended, good quality and decent questions.

Great quality and diversity of images
This is a postcard sized pack of images for use in coaching or group work. The images are clear and bright with a reasonable selection of different styles. On the reverse are possible questions to ask which are centered around different aspects of leading change and offer a good starting point for the conversation. They are a great resource, but much easier to use face to face than in a virtual meeting.

Interesting, helpful and thought-provoking tool
This is a nice set. The photos are excellent, the card stock is nice quality and the finish is matt. The questions on the back are a little bit trite - I mean there is nothing earth-shattering here and there is the occasional and I suspect unintentional humour. For example, a striking photo of a team of sleigh dogs has the words "What is our shared vision?" on the back. This led to many comments along the lines of 'To get this weight off our shoulders and 'to stop pulling all these slackers with us' which works with my style and frankly anything that could get a team to laugh during lock-down is something of a winner. I'd recommend them if you want a bit of a pattern break or to create some new conversations in an otherwise predictable process.

Thinking tool
I used these cards in two ways to stimulate some interesting thinking. First, I used the cards as bookmarks, ensuring I was exposed regularly to the pictures and questions over a spell of days. Secondly, I would then use each as a journal prompt and commit my thoughts to paper. I found the whole exercise really useful.

Great quality picture postcards, ideal to promote discussion or story creation.
This is a great quality set of picture postcards, with unique thought provoking pictures. I bought these on the premise that they were inspirational and coaching tools, but I had never heard of the 8 step process that they are based on. I find these are great for group therapies, being able to talk through what the images mean to different people, as great discussion starters or for use in the classroom for English to inspire story creation.

Don;t bother, they are drab, uninspired and easily marked
I had high hopes for this pack of cards as a tool for leadership development, but discovered on receipt that they are drab, matt-surfaced grease magnets with trite questions, loosely related to Kotter's 8 steps. The photos are standard stock images and I think I could have chosen much better images and printed them on glossy paper for a much more engaging pack. These will be be going back.

Nice, but the messaging on the cards is a little hokey. And seem very pricey.
