Great service and quality product
Since my fur baby is still being crate trained I haven't used the crate for its intended purpose yet but so far I see its a quality brand/product Easy to assemble and very comfortable for my Beagle.I also recieved personalised care and attention for my unique requirements from the very helpful and friendly team at Petarchi.Would definately recommend.Will update once I use the item further.

The product is shown returnable but is not
I purchased this product. On the website, it shows returnable, but when since the cage was too heavy and big from my dog, i created a return request, nobody came to pick it up. Inspite of repeated calls to Amazon, they finally said they will not be able to help. My 13000/- got wasted. There is no place where I can raise my complaint. Very dissatisfied

Good product
The product is good and sturdy. Very easy to assemble though manual is not very helpful. I'm not sure if I received an used product or someone had tried it, there was a lot of dog hair when I received the crate

A sturdy and good product
I had received a wrong sized crate, however when I contacted the seller, my problem was resolved promptly and I received the correct product. The Product is quite sturdy and easy to assemble. I am using it to carry my beagle for trips and it is very convenient

Do not buy. Return does nit happen.
I brought this and didn't like the quality. The return pcik up did not happen and Amazon support didnt do anything either. After over 10 calls and numerous chats with then they continously extended the pick up date. I ended up donating this to a dog shelter and lost all the money I had paid for it.

Looks good and Sturdy.
Make sure to get the correct size for ur dog because extra space may cause ur pooch to evacute in one corner and sleep in the other. And too little may cause ur pooch to avoid it completely. For my beagle 32’ was perfect.

Easy to assemble and matches the description
Nice IATA approved crate. I have a mid sized female Indie (1.5 years old) and the crate/kennel is perfect for her size and was really easy to assemble. Highly recommended for air/road travels
