So happy with this thermos , good quality , no spill , keeps warm and cold , no leaks , spoon included , good quality thermos and so worth the money , will last you for years to come .

I also purchased the Thermos Stainless King 16oz food jar in matte red to send hot lunches to school with my other child. Like the blue one, this Thermos is excellent at retaining heat and keeping food steaming for 6+ hours. The durable stainless steel body does not leak, which is great. However, the rim is uncomfortably slim. My child struggles to spoon out thicker foods like chili or stew through the narrow opening. The folding spoon included also feels flimsy and bends easily while eating. That's not comfortable. While the Thermos does its main job of keeping food hot exceptionally well, the rim and spoon are poorly designed. The slim rim and bendy spoon make it tough for kids to conveniently eat from this jar. Overall, I can recommend this Thermos for keeping lunches hot for hours if you don't mind the frustrations of the rim and spoon. It excels at insulation, but falls short on ergonomics. If those issues don't bother you, it will get the lunch-keeping job done.

Nice size for kids to take to school. Easy to open and food stay warm until lunch time.
