This product works. My bp was slightly elevated so a medication was prescribed but I had a reaction to the meds. So, doing research for a holistic product I came across this item. The tablets are big so I have to chew them or crush them first, OR, add to my smoothie. When my bp was checked a month later, my doctor was pleasantly surprised by the reading and said "excellent".

I have been using this for 6 weeks or so. Biggest and only complaint is the caplets are extremely difficult for me to swallow, even after cutting into 4 pieces with a pill cutter. I will looking for something comparable in a capsule and smaller. Sorry it didn't work for me, as a nurse practicioner recommended, who also knows it works, but tired of dealing with size of and difficulty swallowing.
