Can we get a replacement top? Ours stop working recently and it won't spray. We purchased almost a year ago.

We just received two cans of Air Sense. After the third use, the sprayer stopped working. Was I surprised? Absolutely not. The sprayer is flimsy. I was, however, surprised to read that the company has been in business for twenty years—how does a company last that long when it doesn’t even make sure that the container for its product is durable? We are preparing to contact the seller. Thing is, we didn't even order Air Sense--we ordered our usual (and reliable) Lime Mate, but someone slapped a different bar code graph and number onto the Air Sense cans' packaging and called the cans Lime Mate and mailed it to us. We were never told that a substitute of the LM brand might be done. The Air Sense smells great. It's actually more potent than the Lime Mate. But no way is the can telling the truth when it says that it lasts for up to 3000 sprays--we were lucky to get the 3.

Brand new bottle won't even spray once. I'm not the only one. What a piece of crap. Solutions? (won't post if not in question form)

I had the same problem and wrote to the company. They gave me a quick fix which worked, at least this time. Take the spray nozzle off (lift directly up) then turn the can upside down and shake, turn right side up and replace nozzle. Repeat these steps if it doesn’t work the first time.

How can I get a refund for a broken sprayer that is 30 days past the sale date?

Not sure if you could get a refund - that would depend on the seller. Maybe ask for a replacement instead.

Hello and thank you for reaching out. Assuming you mean how to open the product to use? The outer cap comes off by pulling up. Once removed you will be able to view the white nozzle that you can now push down on to expel the product. If you have any questions, please let us know. thank you

This is absolutely the best air freshener I have used. With 3,000 sprays to a bottle it lasts a very long time and well worth the money. The spray is a beautiful, refreshing lime scent that comes from using real lime essential oils. This is one of my favourite items to put in adult Christmas stockings.
