⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐ (5/5) Product Reviewed: AccuSure AS09 Digital Blood Pressure Monitor Purchased From: Amazon Date Received: 29/06/25 Initial Impressions: I received my AS09 AccuSure BP machine today, and I must say the packaging was neat and secure. The box contained the BP monitor unit, a cuff, batteries, and a user manual. Everything arrived in good condition, and the device looked sleek and compact. Setup & Ease of Use: Setting it up was incredibly easy — just insert the batteries, wrap the cuff around the arm, and press the start button. The large LCD screen is clear, and the buttons are responsive. It also comes with an auto shut-off function, which helps save battery life. Performance: I tested it a couple of times, and the readings were consistent and matched closely with those from a manual sphygmomanometer. It also shows pulse rate and has a memory function that stores previous readings, which is great for tracking trends. Pros: Easy to use, even for seniors Accurate readings (at least in initial tests) Portable and lightweight Good quality cuff with adjustable size Affordable and value for money Cons: The cuff might feel a little stiff at first use No mobile app or Bluetooth syncing (would have been a bonus) Final Thoughts: Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. Under-rated instrument - go for it.
This is a really good instrument that is accurate & small. Most users would/should realize that Omron is the gold standard for bp home measurement, BUT it always reads the diastolic high by about 7-10 points. Its systolic reading also varies widely. So multiple readings are needed to get the right bp. Guess what? Accusure gets it right first time and the best part is readings are same after multiple readings. The only thing missing is the date/time which would make the instrument perfect.

WORST PRODUCT. I wish I can give less than 1 star. Amazon is also not doing the quality check I think. The product we got was Used and not working. Worst product
