Very Impressed!!!
I've used this type of white peel & stick panels in the past, very sticky when applying them, you need patience but the outcome is well worth it. I like this particular shiny panel, looks great and a lot easier to clean than the more textured ones...these peel and stick panels offer sound bearing insulation especially when you apply them to a larger wall. The application part can be frustrating for some but once you get the hang of it, not a big deal.

Fabulous and easy to use
WOW! Never before have I left an Amazon review, but this product is INCREDIBLE. So very easy to use. It's truly idiot proof. I have already ordered several additional packs. My only challenge, and this is entirely user error, is unnecessary handling of each tile once the backing is removed. The adhesive is very sticky, which is ideal. The lines in the pattern make it oh so easy to align properly, and the knife and level were a bonus. Definitely thumbs up.

Modern makeover, but I wish they were a little less transparent
I just finished installing these on (half) of the wall I’m using them for. First of all: I was kind of disappointed, the delivery driver left them at the gate in a literal puddle, and it ended up soaking through the plastic packaging they came in and ruining four tiles. That has nothing to do with the actual product though, so I digress. These are not what I expected. It’s foam. My fault for not reading the description fully, but they’re still high quality. The other reviews are right: the adhesive is NO JOKE. It is stuck to my fingers and I can’t get it off. I’m surprised and very impressed with this adhesive! For this reason, I would say that this product is NOT a “renter friendly” product. It will leave the foam residue on the walls, and it’s a pain to get off (but it’s doable, I gently scraped the foam / residue with an exacto blade and it came off. Time consuming and a pain? Yes. But it worked.) Cutting these pieces: good luck with scissors. Scissors are no match for the adhesive. After cutting one piece beautifully with scissors, the adhesive hunker up the scissors and wouldn’t cut through any more pieces. What I ended up doing is (with the backing still on), flipping it over so the “tile” is facing the ground, held the piece down tight with a contractor’s square and going over the place I wanted cut 4-5 times with a box cutter. Worked like a charm. The blades they send in the package are useless, I wouldn’t even bother. My BIGGEST “Aw Man” moment: I didn’t prime the wall underneath. I mudded over the cracks in the wood paneling wall (thinking I would be able to make it flat enough to paint), gave up on the whole mudding and sanding thing and then used these. With the light on, you can clearly see the darker parts of the wall (see the picture, ignore the construction mess). Since this is paintable material, I am going to go get some white paint and see what I can do to fix this (will update with pics later). For this reason only, I’m taking one star away. Is it my fault and common sense that I should have primed the wall white? Yup. Would it be a problem if the material was a little thicker so you couldn’t see through it? Most likely. Overall, while this wasn’t what I expected it to be, I’m very impressed with the adhesive, the modern look and the easy cutting (once you get the hang of it). For anyone looking for a little modernization on a budget, I would highly recommend!

Perfect for what it is; gap problem solved
I am at the tail-end of a long remodel and have zero patience at this point for anything that looks cheap, doesn't perform, and/or fights me during installation. I was somewhat skeptical because these are made from foam and are actually soft and squishy to the touch. But -- they actually do look real (or as real as you can get for not actually being real). I had 2 applications: around a kitchen island, and on a 3ish x 8 foot accent wall. I did the jigsaw method (cut out the small end squares) and fit the pieces together. SImply placing each tile next to each other will not produce a realistic result. I bought the black tiles, and since the inside of the tiles is white, it is easy to see where things don't line up (both the tiles themselves and in relation to the surface behind, which was painted a tan color). After installation, I took a bottle of black gloss acrylic craft paint and a small art brush and dabbed/painted the gaps of the "grout" (where the white of the inside was showing) and the gaps where the wall was visible. Perfect result, and it avoids having to paint the entire surface behind the tiles, or obsess over cutting perfectly. Neither of the application areas receive direct sunlight, so any imperfections were unlikely to show at all. Even so, I took an extremely bright flashlight and shone it over where i had painted, and even then I had to search for the painted areas. The adhesive is very strong, and yes a couple of the end tabs came up after a day or so (usually because I had pulled up and repositioned those) but some simple glue from the hardware store fixed it. It came with a knife but I used my own and kept changing the blade to keep it sharp. The squishiness I actually came to like because it is so forgiving - it made it that much easier to stretch/compress the placement to get a good alignment. SInce the brick look is 'rustic' (meant to look like old worn brick), it further lends itself to both a forgiving installation and quite realistic final result. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. It's a good value, easy to work with, and provides a great result with proper installation.

Really disappointed with this product don't waste your time or money do yourself a favour and just go to IKEA. between the two photos I've uploaded one sheet is clean and the other one is dirty from a mixture of adhesive and Dust on foam sheet would love to get my money back but not sure how that is going to go.

I’m an interior designer on a budget. Let me tell you.. this 3D stick on backsplash looks sooo realistic. It’s easy to assemble. My husband and I spent a couple hours one evening putting it up and cutting around a few corners. We get so many compliments on it and it’s been a month now and it looks the exact same. Not peeling anywhere. Easy to clean. It is styrofoam so it’s squishy but you could never tell by looking at it. It’s a soft white and goes really nicely with Simply White OC-117. It also covered exactly 30SF of space we needed for this kitchen. Absolutely get this product!

I bought this product to finish a castle themed loft bed and play fort I built for my daughter. It looks great and is easy to use. The adhesive may not be strong enough to last forever but if it was any stronger it would be harder to use, so I understand the tradeoff they were going for. No doubt the adhesion would be better on a perfectly smooth and flat surface; I'm sticking to OSB so I wasn't expecting magic anyway.

Several of the adhesive tiles I recieved the backing ripped the adhesive or parts of the tile off.
