UGREEN CM390 Bluetooth 5.0 USB adapter for PC (black)

Bought this for connecting an Xbox controller to Windows, and it works flawlessly. Plugged into USB port, auto detected as Realtek Bluetooth adapter and the controller which was already registered in Windows connected without issue. This was a replacement for an older Asus adapter and in comparison, I find that the controller connects far far faster with this one than the old.

Easy to install. For me it was plug and play. Only downside is that it broke after half a year, but the life of itay differ

Works fine (Plug & Play) without any drivers in Windows 10. Up and running in under 30 seconds ! Not so Windows 7 Pro however. I'd previously installed a cheap BT5.0 USB adapter and (maybe) the drivers hanging around from this install have impacted the UGreen. Wish I'd have loaded up the UGreen first, but I didn't. Followed all the instructions but still can't get the RealTek Bluetooth driver to load correctly. Unlike cheaper options they do have support, so I'll throw myself on their mercy and see. Hopes aren't high ! Bottom line - Microsoft have abandoned Windows 7 so maybe it's time to move on rather than wasting time and money attempting to retro-install Bluetooth features. Dropped a star for not working under Windows 7.

Got me out of a hole. I was on an online course over a number of weekends and my bluetooth went down on my motherboard. I couldn't fix it and the weekend was approaching quickly so I ordered this. Plugged it in, downloaded the drivers and was up and running. Worked flawlessly to get me up and running again.

amazing build quality very good signal and range absolutley shocked that it survived after i accidentally left in my trousers which went through the washer and dryer and still works perfectly

Absolute garbage. Stopped working after 3 months. Constantly switches between connected and disconnected. Tried different ports and same result. Other items tried in same ports and working fine. Product is cheap, defective and not meant to last. Tried to arrange for a replacement but only went through to returns , which obviously is after the 28 days. Nowhere to contact UGreen so I have left this review here. Avoid like the plague as in this case, it seems it is worth spending more on the genuine Microsoft product.

When my new works PC arrived with no Bluetooth, I needed to look for a dongle. This one appealed as I like the brand and the price was fair. It arrived quickly and all I needed to do was plug it in and it worked straight out of the box. My Bluetooth headset now connects much more quickly than compared to my old PC, the range has also greatly improved. As I said in the title, this has been flawless. I hope you find my review helpful.

Is OK have used some of there other stuff that was better.
