Awesome Product! Very Comfortable And Effective!
These bands are awesome and they are very comfortable. If you wanted to, you could wear these bands all day with no problem. They are durable and I love that they have a quick release button. Without a doubt, these bands are the best bang for your buck compared to any other bands. Highly recommended - I plan to put in another order a couple more sets too!

Inconsistent
While the bands can achieve their intended goal, the mechanical problems that come from the materials and design of the band provide huge hurdles for the bands. The bands I received had issues locking. The lock would come undone easily (not necessarily a bad thing), and (more importantly) the lock did not secure the band effectively. The band would slide out from the position I set it to, which made the bands slide down my arms and/or apply different pressure to each arm. The band fastener on the end of the band also appeared to be installed backwards, as I was forced to tuck it under the constricting loop in order to attach the fastener to the loop itself (which made the whole band system quite uncomfortable). The band itself was also too elastic, which probably exacerbated the issues stemming from the plastic locking mechanism. Because of the hyperelasticity, the band itself could not apply uniform pressure around the arm. That all being said, I do realize that I may have received a faulty item. I also would like to say that when the band did work, it worked fairly well. Was it as good as a occlusion cuff? No, but for the price point the band was being sold at, the band achieved it's intended goal (albeit inconsistently).

Inexpensive, works well, but too narrow
Nice product. Very reasonably priced, and works well. No instructions but not so hard to figure out. One issue that doesn't make it a 5-star product is the very narrow size of the bands (not mentioned in the Amazon product description), compared to the other well-selling brand on Amazon (http://amzn.to/2qAsiTD ). There are peer-reviewed studies on the web on occlusion training comparing narrow versus wide bands. For me, the narrow bands don't create much of the Kaatsu effect, if you know what I mean. If they keep prices reasonable (as they are) and make the bands wider, I may buy it again.

Gets the job done, but not elegantly
I really wanted to rate these bands lower but I can't bring myself to do so. They are functional and I get a great pump when I have these wrapped on my arms. However this product comes with a few flaws (some of which may be personal preference. First, the color. These stand out so much, that you will pull a lot of attention from other gym goers with these ridiculously colorful wraps dangling from your shoulder. Secondly, the form. These are elastic tourniquets with a "quick release button". Elastic+quick release+ sharp plastic tip= risk of getting sliced in the face every time you take these off. I have gotten cut from this this unsnapping before. This product is super cheap and will get the job done but honestly, just spend the extra ten dollars and get some normal wraps.

Great quality for the price. Work as described. Easy to put on and take off. Excellent!
These blood flow restrictors are terrific. Inexpensive but very good quality for the money. Easy to put on and take off with a push of a button. A piece broke off part of the snap buckle but it didn't interfere with how it works. So no problem. I have ordered two sets. One for legs and one set for arms. I use them all the time so they have gotten a good workout...no pun intended! Very pleased!

Better than the Super Pump bands
They work okay. Better than the Super Pump bands, which are terrible and overrated, but they are difficult to get as tight as I'd like. After about 3 uses, the band material began to "wrinkle" a bit which causes the tightening mechanism to jam easily, preventing it from getting tighter. That problem doesn't seem reversible. As someone else noted, the parts have a "Happy Meal toy" feel to them. It hasn't broken yet, but it's hard to trust that they won't suddenly snap apart. Not the worst bands I've used, but there's got to be a better way than these. EDIT: One of them now fails to stay engaged when adjusting, and even snapped me in the eye once. Piece of s***. EDIT 2: My rating has gone from 4 stars, to 2 stars, to 1 star. These bands currently reside in my garbage can.

Occlusion Tourniquets by Layne Norton
What I've been looking for! I've been looking for the exact occlusion tourniquets that Layne Norton uses in his videos and I have found them! Look no further! These are awesome, quick release, comfortable, and easy to use. I made the mistake of purchasing the "lifting lab" occlusion bands while I waited for these to come in. Those other bands were a waste of money as these are much better. Simple & to the point. Thanks for selling these, my only suggestion would be to put these on Prime somehow even as an "add-on" item. Will definitely buy again.

They work
This item is a get what you pay for item. They work, but I have an issue keeping tight and the clips around the band. They have a tendency to come undone while I'm in the middle of my set. If you're looking for a product that will get you by for the time till you can get something better this product works. I use these on days where the arms are secondary muscle groups. They work great for that but days that I focus on the arms they don't work so great.
