There’s tons of space for my charger, notebook, water bottle, snacks, and even a change of clothes when I need it. I love how organized everything stays with the multiple compartments—it makes grabbing what I need quick and easy. The padded shoulder straps and back panel are super comfortable, even when the bag is fully packed. Plus, the quality is top-notch—durable, sturdy zippers, and holds up to everyday wear and tear. If you’re a mom balancing work and travel, this backpack is stylish, functional, and totally worth it!

This bag projects the laptop fairly well. The zippers are well designed that they zip up and down very smoothly. Material is sturdy enough to prevent rips.

I loved this backpack so much I bought a second. It is great quality and durable. Its padding in the pocket holds my gaming laptop securely and allows for a lot of extra gear to fit inside. It also works great just for notebooks, files, etc. The design is sleek and the color is a nice matte black with the logo subdued so it doesn't stick out. It travels very well. Great value.

The bag is lightweight and has a bounty of storage. Sometimes, having too many pockets though, can be detrimental for finding things. It does need a metal key ring clip to keep you car keys on while you are traveling. The plastic one provided is weak and I almost broke it the first day. The bag provided good soft protection for your laptop, but does not have the better hard-sided suspension storage pocket. The zippers are ok, but not great. They need to be bigger and close easier. The pulls are good and comfortable. The straps are comfortable on my shoulders and easy to get on and off. They are easy to adjust and are big enough for larger folks. Overall a good value for the money, but not really built for a road-warrior.

I bought this backpack because of SWISSGEAR’s reputation for durability—we own two others that still look brand new after years of use. Unfortunately, this one didn’t live up to that standard. After just 7 months of daily use, the straps are already wearing out. For the price, I expected at least a couple of years of reliable use. Very disappointing

Nice sturdy bag...holding up for a 12 yo!

Overall, I have mixed feelings about the pack. I chose it carefully because it has all the pockets I need for transporting necessitites to and from work and for a travel carry on. After six months of light use, however, one of the zippers is already broken. I'll be submitting a warranty request to SwissGear. One other annoyance is the velcro tab on the inside of the main pouch meant for strapping in a laptop. If the strap is not attached there, then the velcro has a tendency to catch on any clothing that might be stored there. Incidentally, my wife bought a Chinese knock-off for half the price from Amazon. She is pleased with it, and it has held up well for her.
