I got a pure zinc supplement of 50 mg. capsules. I then did some research and discovered that the upper limit for adults is actually 40 mg. Now, 50 mg. is a common amount for zinc supplements, and I haven't had any issues taking them, but if you have zinc in a multi, plus in any other supplements, plus what you get from your diet, it will add up to too much. These EuroMedica capsules have 30 mg., which I feel is a better amount. You also get 200 mcg of selenium, which supposedly works with the zinc to boost your immunity. I think that makes this a good supplement to use with a low-zinc multi or without a multi at all. For a two-month supply, it's not a bad value, either, considering the added selenium.

I was surprised to see how such a great product from the Euromedica Store is too modestly described on the product information page! While chelated zinc is essential for respiratory health and immune support, zinc plus selenium is crucial for liver detox and prolonged weight loss. There are plenty of liver detox formulas on the market. However, many of them lack zinc or selenium, or these ingredients are not bioavailable. I am glad that I found both selenium and zinc in one capsule! Two-month supply; capsules are small and easy to swallow. I recommend this product!

I take Zinc picolinate and this form of since is Zinc bisglycinate which is easy absorbed into the body and is a good dose at 30 mg With the addition of Selenium these 60 Capsules provide fantastic immune support. The price is on the high end but worth it due to the selenium and form of zinc provided. - 60 day supply

I am in my early 70's and in the past year noticed age spots appear on right side of my nose and upper cheek. I ordered this vitamin after watching a few You Tube videos on age spots. Today is my 4th day and I am definitely seeing them start to fade and am ecstatic! I also am using skin cream with sunscreen as well. I was excited at first but after starting to fade after a month the fading stopped. I will be trying a fade cream and hope different ingredients will work to complete the removal. If nothing else the zinc will help fight colds.

This Zinc + Selenium combo offers the benefits of two supplements in one. I pre sort all of my supplements for the week and having two supplements in one makes it a little more efficient for me to sort. This is a medium sized easy to swallow capsule with a total of 60 capsules in the bottle. The efficacy is excellent and both my husband and I experienced improvement in our energy levels after taking this. I recommend!
