These are a terrific addition to the daily routine for me. As an older woman I really notice the difference. I also take the over 60 version from them which is another must thave for me. The additionof this Women's version targets issues that a lot of older woman have. I highly recommend.

I have not really noticed much of a difference with taking these. It is a small capsule but still has a bit of an aftertaste. In all honesty I am not sure I would get these again. However, everyones bodies react differently to things. So I would suggest trying them at least once and see how they work for you.

These probiotics are excellent (though I’ll get it right out there, and probably circle around and mention this again, they are a bit costly). They are perfect for women as they support vaginal and immune health. I suppose men could take them as well if they wanted to… What I like a lot about these is that they not only have the probiotic benefits but they also contain the benefits of cranberry. If you are someone who just can’t manage to drink or eat cranberries no matter how many times you’ve tried in your life that’s something you need to turn to in a supplement. It’s great that it’s combined with something you’re going to take anyway. What makes these specifically geared to supporting vaginal heath is the 6 dominant lactobacilli that support a balanced pH level for vaginal flora. You can see all the different things that are included for this on the bottle. I would type them all out but my computer isn’t enjoying all these strange spellings and I look like someone just learning to type with how often I am looking back and forth trying to make sure I spell things correctly! These just help support so many different things to help keep your body going in the right direction and keep your insides feeling that much better on the daily, they are worth it. That’s saying a lot because they do cost a bit. You get 60 capsules and they cost about $38.00. As I type this though there is a coupon for $10.00 off that you can click on when you go to order so they are still a bit steep but not as bad with that. You need only to take one a day so it’s a two month supply (give or take depending on the number of days in the months). I definitely recommend these if you are considering them at all.

These probiotics help my tummy issues. They keep me regular and prevent gas. I also haven't had any yeast infections since using them, but that could be unrelated as it's not usually an issue for me. They are easy to swallow. 1 pill per serving, so a bottle has a full 2 month supply. There's a good variety of probiotic strains in these. No refrigeration needed. The bottle says to use within 3 months of opening and to keep under 86 degrees.
