The medical establishment, in my opinion, does not stress the importance of mineral balance in the system, especially magnesium and calcuim.

I had never had my hair analyzed before and when I got the results I was surprized to find the results were much differet than the recent blood readouts. Short and good read at a beginner level of this journey to understand different paths to interpret hair tissue mineral analysis.

Book on kindle is not readable due to format. All the words run together making it very difficult to read. It happens from beginning to end and is too stressful to try to read the sentences. The content seems to be very good but gave up after several chapters.
