Absolutely love this soap order it all the time the comments alone on how I smell are amazing on top of it just being a great soap.

I have very sensitive skin and this soap doesn’t bother me at all. It definitely cleans you. Best used with exfoliating gloves. I swore by Dr Bronners but after it dried my skin out, i switched to this and I’ve been here ever since. My skins moisture level has increased, the texture of the liquid soap looks like liquid silk. No weird residues or smells. Even works well in intimate areas. I definitely recommend. I was diagnosed with CARP, and this soap is perfect for everyday use. Especially those of you that have eczema and other skin conditions. Try it out. (I’m black btw if that matters lol)

*Update* This is my go-to cleanser now. I found my overly oily skin issues were a result of my diet. Brominated oils and basically everything non-organic at the store caused this. Review changed from 4 star to 5. My last couple bottles did not have cap issues. Bought this as an alternative to my other body washes because I've been specifically looking for stuff with tea tree oil. This is because I have an underlying issue, seborrheic dermatitis. I have tea tree soap and that works great, but it's mainly "designed" for skin applications, not hair. I say this because it does still function as a shampoo with no ill effects. But I saw the eucalyptus and neem (neem is also great to fight against skin issues) and decided to give this a try. PROS: -This keeps my face clear, just like the tea tree soap. By clear I mean SD flareups. I don't have acne trouble so I can't really comment on that. - It doesn't smell overly like tea tree or neem (both have distinct... "aromas" to them.) -I find it lathers well when used on my face. My beard acts as a built in loofah. As a body wash, an external loofah would be necessary. -There's a lot in this bottle, and I don't use very much at a time. MEDIOCRE: -My face still gets shiny shortly after washing (it actually doesn't really help against shine) and when using it as a hair wash, my hair feels a bit stripped. So it does clean. -It does smell SLIGHTLY medicinal, otherwise, not too appealing to me. I much prefer my normal body wash smells over this, but I have noticeable skin issues this helps with. I HAVE to use a beard wash after to cover the smell. -It's stringy, and can make a mess. I've wiped the tip of the opening on a rag and ended up still drawing a long string of it out, getting all over the sides of the bottle and making a mess. Not too bad, it washes off, but it does happen. CONS: -The bottle was damaged when I got it. The cap was taped closed, but the back of the flip cap was busted and physically separated from the bottle, and quite a bit spilled out. Not like a fourth of the bottle, but the inside of the box was wet. Luckily, my other product wasn't damaged. Now, it has no flip-top action, I just have to pull it completely off and then reseat it correctly when I''m done. Overall, I will plan to buy this again unless I see something else that works a little better. Even if I do, I feel this product, for me, is a solid 4 stars.

My 14 year old daughter and I both love this soap. I bought it in hopes it would help with my adult acne and her acne and eczema. I also hoped it would tame my very oily skin. Sadly, it hasn't made a difference with any of those things even after after 3 months of use. However, we both like how it smells and makes our skin feel that we both still use it because we enjoy it so much. It's smooth and doesn't have any rough bits like some other Black African soaps. So, if you want it for skin improving properties, I have my doubts that this will work for you. But, as an overall good face soap and body wash, it is lovely. And for us, it cleans well and has just the right amount of moisturizing properties.

I absolutely love the scent of this product. This has been my shampoo and body wash for years now and wouldn't change a thing about it it gets me squeeky clean. And I love that it helps people and families in Africa.

I've been using black soap for 10+ years, but recently started trying this brand. I love it!! It is a little thicker than other brands, and not as watery. Black soap usually is a little more runny in its viscosity, but I love that this one is a little thicker in texture, meaning I am not wasting any! I love the scent as well! I mostly love the clean ingredients in this and will keep buying for that reason!

I've been using the peppermint version of this soap for a few years now. I like how it feels, it has a mild scent, and it doesn't irritate my skin or dry it out. I have had a hard time finding soaps that meet those criteria (especially the scent: I don't like strong smells), so I've been sticking with this one. It takes a bit more soap to clean my whole body than other soaps, but I always thought it was worth it for the quality. However, I have had a consistent problem with the bottles arriving with the cap lid cracked or, in the case of the one that just came today, completely broken. There is no seal under the cap and the lid is very thin and fragile. The cracks in the lid are always similar to those shown in the pictures. These usually ship to me from an Amazon warehouse, so the poor packing for shipping that allows the fragile cap to crack is on them, but the bottle cap being fragile in the first place is on the manufacturer. I'm assuming the manufacturer knows that this packaging isn't up to snuff, because the bottles I've gotten in the past year or so have all had tape attached from the lid to the bottle to keep them closed during shipping. This usually keeps leakage to a minimum. Usually... Having to wash a puddle of soap off of my porch and now needing to clean up this mess of a container so I can take it to UPS for return is the final straw for me. When this stuff gets bottled with a cap that can survive shipping better, I'll be interested in buying it again. Until then, I've found a bar soap that I like well enough. (I didn't post the picture of the soap puddle on the porch because the shipping label was visible. My bad. It was quite the sight. Also: this box was packed with the bottle on the bottom, as shown, with a strip of those air pillows on top to fill the space. There was no cushioning between the product and the bottom of the shipping box.)

It is good for the human body and our environment.

لسى ماجربته بس كنت متحمسه له لحد ماوصلني ولقيت التغليف رديء والغطاء منكسر ومنكب شوي منه وحتى مافيه ختم عشان ماينكب لو إنكسر الغطاء وعشان النظافه ☹️ ومبدئياً شفته سائل جداً على غير عادة الشامبوهات وماله ريحه حرفياً مع أن التعليقات يقولون له ريحه 🙄 وبعد التجربه برجع أقول رأيي 😌 : بعد التجربه : رائع جداً كميه كبيره وطبيغي ورغوه حلو ونظف شعري وجسمي ووجهي زين وحتى غسلت فيه الملابس والصحون وماسبب لي مشاكل .. عيبه بس أن يحفف الشعر ويخليه متشابك بقوه وسعره الغالي وأن رأسه موب ضاغط

Found this particular tea tree and eucalyptus variety of this brand difficult to buy anywhere. It cost a little more through Amazon but it's a large size and you don't need much. I've washed my hair and body with it! Fantastic!

Quite expensive for what it is imo. Didn't really lather up as I would of liked. Guessing it's the concentration, not really the right mixture. Going to stick to black african soap I guess.

My teenage son is allergic to alot of body washes, soaps etc even natural stuff that supposedly has no chemicals so I was sceptical about this but I use the soap bar on his locks so thought why not give it a try. I'm so glad I did not only can he use this for a body wash but also a shampoo, smells amazing, his locks shine and so does his skin. Will be a must have in my bathroom now. 10/10
