wagner spray tip keeps clogging w/primer

It is not the Wagner tip. Cheaper paints have more junk in it like sandy particles that will clog you sprayer and ware your tips fast, so use 5 or 1-gallon nylon mesh paint strainer bags before you start painting. I always strain my paint in a 5-gallon bucket first even with high quality paints.

Will this work with the Control Pro 150?

This tip will not work with the ControlPro HEA sprayers. My 413 spray tip clogs a lot. Will the 515 work better?

The 515 is a .015 opening compared to the 413 with a .013 size opening. Since the opening is bigger it is less likely to clog. It will still depend on the material though. Some paints require a larger tip than the .015. Check with the paint manufacturer, probably right on the can, for a recommended tip size. You can also call us at 800-328-8251 for further help.
