Just bought 3 more bottles during the Prime sale. Been going through some stressful times and having trouble getting to sleep. Mind doesn't want to turn off. About a month ago, I tried these on a recommendation and since they are very affordable, I figured I didn't have anything to lose. Take two about 30 minutes before I want to go to sleep and almost like clockwork, I get drowsy. If I wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, I have no issues going right back to bed. The best part is, unlike various CBD products I've tried, I have no 'hangover', no foggy head. I wake refreshed and good to go! The flavor is okay, but not why you're buying this. Kinda smells like Flintstone chewables but doesn't taste like it. Initially sweet but has a slightly medicinal aftertaste. Instructions say it's for periodic use so I try not to use it every night but so far, I'm a big fan! Haven't tried the water or powder.

It does seem to work for me. This was a Gold Box Deal impulse buy. I'm glad I bought it. I tried melatonin pills and this seems to work faster. Its not a replacement for prescribed sleeping agents but it can help for occasional restlessness. I take it when I want to start the sleep process and getting into bed. It starts me yawning right away and I'm generally asleep in 30 minutes. One note is that it will not "knock you out". It is easy to overpower it's effect so only take it if you WANT to go to sleep and are ready to sleep. Not that you need to get some sleep and just can't get to bed. The taste is as you would expect for a product like this. Slight blueberry flavor. Palatable, but not something you would desire. I would say similar to a drink like Red Bull in chemicalness flavor, without all the sweetness. Easy enough to get down. Some have said it affects your sleep. I have not noticed any real change. My sleep seems to be the same and I have not noticed after waking that my sleep was any "better" other than I got a full nights sleep. No strange dream, at least that I remember, either. Overall it helps with restless nights but not an every night thing.

I bought this ten times. Of the ten there had only been one instance where I could open the bottles with ease. This most recent purchase, the lid was so tight I hurt both hands trying to open it. It helps make me fall asleep but I’m not sure if it’s worth the discomfort to get the bottle open.

I live on it. Those that say you can’t take them every night, obviously get way more sleep than I do. I am a diagnosed insomniac. Even though I have two prescription sleep pills, I cannot fall asleep without drinking a full bottle of Dream Water. Without it, I’m likely to get 4-5 hours of sleep. With it, 7-10. I’ve tried the packets to save money, but they definitely didn’t have the same effect as the liquid. I take my pills with it approximately 30 minutes before I want to go to bed. As soon as I’m relaxed, I feel it working. Within 10 minutes I’m out like a light. I never wake up feeling hungover or tired. Best part…In case of emergency, you can fight through it to stop you from falling asleep. I wish I had stock in it. I try to buy as many cases as possible.
