購入して、まだ5000枚ほどしか印刷していないのにトナーカートリッジリプレイシングのエラーメッセージが消えません。何度も挿し直しをしましたが、他の色のトナーを入れると問題なく出るので、このカートリッジが不良だと思います。返品又は新しいものと交換して欲しいです。
