Great idea, easy to use. I no longer need to heat up 3-4 qts of water before cooking pasta. Putting the dry pasta in this, filling with sufficient water so all pasta is under water. Microwave for 13 minutes and pasta is done. Pop on the lid, strain out the water, lift up the inner sleeve, rotate it and let the last of the water drain off. You can then dump the pasta and the sauce in the red tub, microwave for 30 sec to rewarm and your done. No big pots to wash, toss the microwave cooker in the dishwasher and be done with it.

Saw this on TV and had to try it. Works great. Making pasta the old fashioned way is not rocket science but this makes the job even easier and faster. Never going back to the old way.

Works great but use small portions

I was skeptical about this, but wanted to be able to cook pasta for two without using the stove or hauling out a cook top (we are RV travelers ). There are no directions that come with this, but plenty of YouTube videos to get you going. Cook time seems to be about half of what you do for stove top. We've cooked spaghetti and elbow macaroni, and that came out great. Easy draining, but be careful to hold by sides when draining. Add pasta, and add enough water to cover pasta and then microwave. Trial and error is the best teacher. The inner basket is a nice feature, and it's nice that it can be lifted and rotated to allow for further draining. Perfect for cooking pasta for two people, and pretty fool proof on cooking procedure. Pasta texture was perfect! Ideal item to have in your RV when camping.

I use this thing so much it practically lives in the dirty side of my sink. Any day that I don’t have any idea what to make for supper, I simply throw 4 ounces of pasta some salt and cover it with about a half an inch of water over the pasta and throw it in the microwave for 12 minutes, and you’re good to go. Just add some pasta sauce or whatever else you want. This cooker has held up well for me. The size is more than big enough for what I need, you could fit easily. I think a whole box of pasta in this so like 1 pound. Even with all that microwaving and washing it hasn’t warped or changed shape so it seems durable and the plastic seems tough. When it dies, I’ll be buying another one.

This is a game changer! I’d give it 5 stars but the label left behind adhesion that nothing seems to get off.
