I really like this product, I feel great and more alert after drinking it. However when I opened the first time of buying this drink, the container was only not even half full. Why not put the powder in a smaller container? because it appears like you are getting more than you actually are getting. That is a downside for me, it is like buying a bag of chips and opening it to find the bag only half full. But this is not chips but a powder and i know they go by weight, but buying a larger container with half full of powder I feel it is alittle deceiving marketing. But for the price and you get 20 servings, you get what you pay for I guess. Other than that I gave a 4 out of 5 star rating due to it did what was advertised, great flavor and I feel more energetic after drinking it.

If you have leg cramps (or anywhere) take this & within 2 days the cramps are gone. It is electrolytes & it works. I take it once a week now.
