Picked this up to use in a dash cam and it's been working perfectly. The 128GB capacity is plenty for continuous loop recording, and the A2 speed class means it writes fast enough that there are no gaps in footage. I also tested it in our Nikon camera as overflow storage when the main card fills up and the read/write speeds were more than acceptable for photos. The full size adapter that comes with it is handy too, saves buying one separately. Transfer speeds to the PC are quick, I was getting around 90MB/s reading which is close enough to the claimed 100MB/s. For the price compared to SanDisk or Samsung equivalents, this is a solid option. It's been in the dash cam for several months now through summer heat and winter cold and hasn't skipped a beat. The only reason I wouldn't use it as a primary camera card for professional work is that I'd want a higher endurance rated card for that, but for general use, dash cams, tablets and phones it's absolutely fine.

Have to say its an upgrade to my last one samsung evo 256gb which is same speeds as this 1TB only far larger in capacity. I will probably never need another memory card for the Switch as 1TB digital data isn't easy to fill up. I haven't noticed any slowdowns or speed isues, it didn't get hot for me, it hasn't broken, I don't work for Amazon I work for the consumer that is YOU, and have to say this product I got at 90 quid puts the most expensive ones like sandisk pro extreme to shame if you look at their pricing right now Amazon Basics is the best one on the market for its value while its cheap, if there are better ones they might get hotter seeing as how faster cards tend to overheat. It's fast on my Nintendo Switch and can carry probably over 133 really large games like Zelda breath of the wild or tons more on small size games, literally don't think I will fill this up because I don't play Switch as much as I do Microsoft or Sony consoles, but hey now that I've set it up for life get this while its cheap I say. It works on my Switch, works on mobile phones, cameras etc.. It is basically memory storage data, you can also use it on pc as a memory card to store data, though I personally use usb flash disks for pc stuff, the choice is yours. I have found no problems with this so I'm giving it what it deserves 5 by 5. Really fast for its current price and storage capacity 1TB at 94 quid. I saved 50 quid on this one, If I were you I would get it while its cheap, this is probably the most expensive smallest Item I have ever bought in my entire life its crazy how they fit 1TB on a flash memory so small. The data isn't going to be an exact 1,000gb system data always takes up some space so be around 900-980gb or so on my Switch, this has been like that since PC's came out. Would have been nice for companies to make them over 1TB but sold as 1TB to actually display 1,000gb in anything you plug it into, or even a little above 1TB to give us some freebies lol.

I was surprised as to how fast this cards write speed was. Works flawlessly in my Fiio M21. I managed to fill 128 GB card up with my music files in 35 minutes. For an A2 card it represents excellent value for money.

Ho acquistato questa microSD Amazon Basics da 256GB con un po' di curiosità, volendo testare se potesse competere con i marchi più blasonati (come SanDisk o Samsung) che solitamente costano di più. Dopo un paio di settimane di utilizzo intenso, posso dire senza dubbi che è stata una sorpresa assoluta. Ecco perché merita 5 stelle piene: Velocità Reale: La promessa dei 200 MB/s in lettura non è solo marketing. Ho testato il trasferimento di file pesanti (video in 4K e intere cartelle di foto RAW) e la scheda è scheggiata. Non ho notato rallentamenti nemmeno durante la riproduzione di video ad altissima risoluzione. Perfetta per il Gaming (Switch/Steam Deck): L'ho inserita nella mia Nintendo Switch per espandere la memoria. I giochi si caricano velocemente, senza lag o attese frustranti. Se cercate una scheda economica ma performante per la vostra console portatile, questa è l'ideale. Capacità e Affidabilità: 256GB sono tantissimi. Ci stanno ore di filmati, migliaia di canzoni e decine di giochi. Finora non ho riscontrato nessun errore di scrittura o file corrotto, il che mi dà molta sicurezza sull'affidabilità dei dati. Adattatore Incluso: Sembra un dettaglio da poco, ma l'adattatore SD incluso è di buona fattura e mi permette di scaricare le foto direttamente sul laptop senza dover cercare lettori esterni. Rapporto Qualità-Prezzo: Qui vince a mani basse. Offre le stesse prestazioni di schede "premium" ma a una frazione del costo. Conclusione: Se avete bisogno di spazio extra per il vostro smartphone, drone, action cam o console, non fatevi ingannare dal marchio "Basics". Questa è una scheda di fascia alta travestita da prodotto economico. Consigliatissima!
