Life-saver for eye surgery!
As you know by reading this, someone has probably had an emergency eye procedure - most likely a detached retina. I ordered this and had it the next day. This was a life changer for my hubby. He used it immediately after surgery. Use at the table and in the bed. I laid a smart tv on the ground and he used the during the day to binge watch. (Placing at side of the bed) Without this product we would have been stuck trying to figure things out or spending a ton of money on a massage table. It’s is padded and fluffy and comfortable.

Flimsy, fragile, no support
Had eye surgery and needed to lay face down as much as possible. Saw this and thought perhaps this could help as I'm having lots of trouble sleeping. G0t the product and it's very thin padding, plastic supports tat are feeble at best, and legs that are PVC cut from plumbing tubing are the pits. My forehead hurt almost immediately from pressing into the thinly padded support at the top. My chest got NO support so my back was flexed and started to hurt immediately. Placing it on the bed may have been an issue with the back support but that required some extra "engineering". Basically this thing is cheap and ineffective as a face down support. It certainly doesn't work for me. Period. I'd give it a 0 star if I could.

Useable but not great
After much research I got this for post retinal surgery face down time. It works but not great. It's not structurally strong enough to use face down on a bed. Or maybe the legs aren't long enough. Either way you end up way to close to the bed and it's claustrophobic. You could probably mod it if you had enough lead time, but I can't believe there isn't anything better. It works great if you are lying with your body on the couch and can use it as a bridge from the couch to a chair. Then you can put your head on it and read or look at your phone on the floor.

Definitely Recommend
Wife had surgery on both eyes, couple months apart for macular degeneration. This cushion worked great both times ,hours and hours on her face every day.

Legs
Legs don't stay in position. Need to be tighter fit. Sinks in to cushion of bed. Legs need to sit in hard surface to keep them from sinking into mattress.

Bad design
Poor design. The plastic U shaped frame begins to spread apart from the heat and pressure of your head leaving the top of the head unsupported. If you flip the U frame upside down the frame will dig into your forehead. The legs are short and way too short. If you use it in a bed your face will sink into the mattress. Only place that you can put this is on a flat hard table surface. Put a small pillow next to your chest or the table end will dig into you. The cover material is soft but it heats up quickly leaving you uncomfortable. Useful but uncomfortable for a more than a couple days.

Invaluable after detached retina surgery!
I found out I needed eye surgery on Monday night. I ordered this at the suggestion of a friend who works in home health care. I ordered the item and had surgery the next day. The night after surgery was pure misery trying to lie face down to sleep using pillows. (I maybe got three hours of sleep) I got this item the next day and thereafter was able to sleep every night. I did have to learn how to use it. (Careful of putting too much pressure on your chin. My lower lip was sore after the first night.) But I used it for the whole week I was face down and it saved my life. (Retinal surgery is the WORST)

Poor design. Legs fall out with slightest vertical movement.
There are two sets of legs so that you can adjust the height, so you can't glue the legs in place without committing to the height. Unfortunately neither of the sets the legs click into place, so I wind up having to chase down the legs as they fall out, and that's suboptimal given that I'm recovering from surgery where I'm supposed to keep my head stable. This pillow is also incompatible with the two-way mirror that you can buy separately. You can use it to recover from victrectomy, but you just can't use the legs reliably. If you hang over the side of the couch and use this pillow on something like a stool or a hammock, it gives you a little bit of support. But you could really use any pillow for that. I really it's not worth the money.

Recently my wife started to experience neck pain and we bought this so she can sleep in specific pose. It works. Simple but good.
