It takes 4 days to kill them . But it works well just make sure it gets deep in the dogs ear . The dog don't like it . It hurts. Not bad . Just hold them it takes 2 people to do it ! .

This seems to work for the most part, however, keeping a 90 pound Mountain Cur Pitbull Mix still enough to get the drops in his ear is a bit rough. Just a suggestion, putting some kind of funnel on the top of the applicator that catches the number of drops in it then you can release it once its in the ear canal would be extremely helpful for squirly furbabies. The product does seem to work, I have used it twice now within a little over a two week period. They did come back after the first dose, mainly due to me not being able to get the right doses in his ears. Instead it created quite a mess which was a task in itself to clean up due to what the product is and the instructions on the label. Try to make sure you have gloves on, something to protect yourself from the ingredients. Wear old old clothing as well something you don't mind getting messy or stained. Wash immediately if it gets on your clothes. I will admit this is much better than the last item I bought, that product did nothing at all. There was a noticeable difference in his ears this go round. Hopefully soon this will be under control and he will feel better. Only time will tell.

If you suspect earmites, this will work. I used in combination with ear cleaner: DechraTopical TrizULTRA + Keto Flush for Dogs, Cats & Horses (12oz), Basic pack. I got a dog who had very stinky ears. Thought it was her diet, then my other dog started scratching his ears and shaking his head. They both were. I suspected ear mites, due to the fact I'd clean the dogs ears and they would be extremely dirty by the next day. Only bug poop could be causing that much debris. First I'd use the ear flush. I'd put some in and leave it one hour. I would use Qtip to get gunk out, then I would use the recommended dose of the earmite treatment. I did this treatment for 10 days due to the severity of the dog I got, I mean her ears were disgusting. After about 4 days both dogs were feeling extreme relief. By the 10th day the dogs were completely cured of the mites. They were no longer shaking heads and scratching ears, and ears were not gunky at ALL nor did they stink anymore. This is a miracle solution. I never leave reviews but this really saved me a vet visit for both vets. Thanks Adams!

The only thing that I have found that works immediately on ear mites, is revolution plus, this is nowhere near that. This is a great starter to soothe your cat's ears so that they stop scratching, but it's not going to cure ear mites. Keep that in mind before purchasing alone, you should still see a vet for some RX medication. This is a very smooth, and oily, so it will have an impact on the overall problem within the ears, but it's not going to stop it from coming back. I have noticed less scratching and irritation since using it, but again, I did go to my bed and order revolution in addition to this. I recommend keeping this on hand and using three times a week as maintenance.

Amazon won’t let me return the item however do not buy this. It burned the inside of my cat‘s ears so bad she was angry and wouldn’t come out from under the bed suffering in pain for three days. I think she would’ve ran away and never come back if she was able to get out the front door. Her ears were on fire and now the scabs are falling off. Disgusting, outrageous, and like torture. How dare they sell this.
