Big pill, but one a day is better

I use this product to keep the balance between calcium and magnesium in my body. I take a lot of Magnesium for my heart and general body health, and at times, need to top up my calcium levels which is easily done by the use of this product. Highly recommend it.

I have osteoporosis and recently switched from the Citracal Petites to these Slow Release that only requires two in the AM with Breakfast and provides 1000iu of Vitamin D3 and 1200mg of Calcium slow released throughout the day. They are white and without any dyes or a smell, and taking two a day instead of 4 makes them very easy to use. They are also easy to swallow, and as always Citracal is a quality product that I have relied on for over two decades. I haven’t had a bone density and I am looking forward to my next one, but my Plasma Calcium numbers have improved with in just a few months and I definitely recommend.
