I usually read reviews before I purchase, but thought the price was right and the kit was worth trying. As many have said, the paint looks streaky when applied and doesn't blend smooth. It also dries dull, not glossy. Isn't transparent either, like stained glass, which is the main thing I was looking for. I am going to try mixing it with water to thin it out and hopefully make it easier to apply smoothly, and apply a very thin coat to see if it's more transparent, but I am disappointed with this purchase and wouldn't buy again!

It’s a perfect little set for beginners. The paints are vibrant and rich in color. I love it!

This paint can barely be considered paint! It doesn't go onto anything smoothly. No coverage. It's just opaque little particles like brightly colored sand stuck to your project. Out of the tube, it's so solid that it's closer to moldable clay than paint. It's acrylic, so it's water soluble, but diluting and stirring just results in a lot of sandy particles suspended in water. On glass or clear plastic, it looks nothing like the pictures. It's just colorful, fine grit. The only good thing is it came with a nice set of brushes and a cute little paint palette that I will use for other projects... but the "paint" itself? No, no, NO!!

I received my paint and brushes and cannot wait to start using them with my grandchildren.
