It works wonderfully
Actually it works when you apply it in aright way.. the tablet is big in size but once the canker observes it then it’s more comfortable to handle. It removes the pain in the same day

Ulcer gone after 1 tablet
I didn’t have much faith in this product but I have to say it’s really impressive. I’ve used one tablet yesterday it has dissolved over 6 hours approximately, a was able to eat and drink without any pain which is a great relief. And today the ulcer is pretty much gone. Next time I’ll only use half of the tablet because whole thing is way too big

Very very bad. Doesn't work, very uncomfortable.
Very very bad. Doesn't work, very uncomfortable, and the claim that it removes the canker in one day is absolutely incorrect.

The most important thing is that it works! It is extremely expensive but when I have a canker sore I feel like I’d throw any amount of money at it to make it stop. So when you wake up in the morning the tablet has turned into a giant piece of sticky goop which is not appetizing, doesn’t taste great and is kind of nasty but I don’t feel the canker sore and it made it heal very fast since it wasn’t exposed to saliva. So it’s a win to me.

I gave this item a try out of desperation. Those of us afflicted with canker sores, especially in odd locations inside the mouth, know the unrelenting suffering that comes with a flare up. After reading all the reviews about this item and having nothing left in the house except a salt and water rinse option, I decided to try ONE tablet, just to see if it would help. It was really difficult to affix to the sore - the tablet is bulky and the sore was not in a flat location. Just as I got the pill stuck to the sore, it kind of also stuck to my finger (yes I followed the instructions about how to apply) and pulled slightly away from the sore which caused a lot of pain. The tablet sat in the spot for about 35 minutes then it started to gel and congeal. It didn't feel so bad at that point, just kind of bulky. I sensed the slight menthol taste but it wasn't overwhelming. About two hours later it had expanded significantly and became a giant-sized slime blob. It eventually started to stick to a few nearby teeth. That wasn't the problem so much as once it started to stick elsewhere it tugged away from where it was supposed to be so there was kind of a ripping feeling away from the sore and of course more pain. It's a very difficult thing to manipulate and if you attempt to, be prepared with tissues and swabs and lots of uncontrollable drooling. Like another reviewer, I attempted to "trim" the outer parameter of the blob and gently used a toothpick on the outside area of the sore. Unfortunately, what remained of the sticky blob just kept expanding in its place. I decided to just leave it be and let it run its course as it seemed way too risky to remove it. In the end, it didn't contribute to healing the sore but it did cover it up for a few hours. I have yet to find a good OTC product that works to alleviate the pain, as well as the canker sore itself. Most, like this, are very expensive and yield mixed results at best.

This product is exactly what I was looking for - an actual barrier to protect my canker sore rather than the numbing gels that only last for about 15 minutes. It's pricey but they also appear to be the only product like this. The issue I had was getting this to actually stay on. My canker sore is inside my bottom lip, so yesterday I followed the directions of holding the white part on the sore for 10 seconds then waiting 30 minutes for it to gel over. Well, the back of it kept sticking to the front of my bottom teeth. I would pull out my lip to get it off my teeth, but it kept staying on my teeth instead of on my lip. I'd pull it off my teeth and try again but it wouldn't really stick to my lip at that point. I eventually gave up and that tablet was a waste. I tried again today but held it on longer (about a minute instead of 10 seconds) and tried really hard to keep my lip sticking out and away from my teeth (think Bubba from Forest Gump). It did still stick to my teeth, but I waited longer so there would be more of a seal on my lip. I then used a toothpick to gently separate the back from my teeth *without pulling out my lip*. This allowed me to get it off my teeth without messing up the seal to my lip. I had to separate it from my teeth 3-4 times and it took about an hour to really be set (as opposed to the half hour it says on the package) but now it's done. It does seem to be working, but definitely not something you can apply 15 minutes before walking out the door for work. It's big but I can still talk and everything ok - just feels weird.

These are amazing! Unfortunately for me, my cankersore is on my lip and it presses against my bottom teeth, which causes it to move often enough to make it very gooey and left a yellow film on my teeth (it comes off with water though) I personally don’t like the taste AFTER the mint flavor wears off. It’s very thick and since it was on my lip, you could see it if I was talking and it kinda coated my tongue with a weird film. If your cankersore is on your inner cheek, it should work great for you! I just don’t recommend if you have a sore on your lip.

I read other reviews decided to give it a shot. I get roughly 4 Cankers a year. I always envisioned a product like this but never really looked for one. My usual remedy is pinch of baking soda 2-6 times a day as available. then clear with Hydrogen peroxide 2x, at least before bed. Usually go away 2-4 days if you start the second you notice. The idea of slapping this on and being done was great. My sore was inside bottom lip across from canine tooth. follow instructions place on it, it adheres well, ZERO discomfort, you could feel it but nothing was impeded. placed at 7pm, figure 12 hours will be in the morning, it will have dissolved and were good. I woke up and it had lightly glued my lip to my gums below for teeth. and the "seal" had grown and while no pain or discomfort it was very annoying. It was dissolving and you can feel/taste that fact. Kind like a bit of wet sand, with the flavor of paper. So I tried to scrap out some of the goop to speed some of this up, but the goop is well made. Qtips couldn't do enough. ***Instructions says do not remove and let dissolve over the 12 hours*** so I tried to use my finger and I got most of it out. keep in mind its been 14 hours since placement, so I got a bit more aggressive with a Q tip, was able to scrap it but it took a layer of skin with it. It didnt hurt or cause any issue, just gave feeling for a burnt tongue. I would use them again (pack of 6)but the placement will determine this.
