Effective for times when you need to go but I wouldn’t go very far…if you catch my drift. May cause jolting stomach cramping and upper lip sweats. Not quite on par with colonoscopy prep but should you exceed a single mug…it is possible.

I have used several kinds of teas ans i like this the best. Brewing takes no time and the taste is good, even just to sip on for no other reason. It almost tastes sweet which makes it more acceptable. The effectiveness is quick and high. Helps with bloating and constipation relief. I have had no instances of pain though when the effect kicks in you have to go quick. I recommend.

I've been using this for years. I like to use this when I got in a choke hold with a bag of chips or just plain greedy after the carb monster kicked in. Add some creamer of half and half if it irritates your stomach lining. Happens very rarely, but when it does (only when not backed up) the creamer helps with the acidity. Otherwise, love this tea. Especially before I go on my fast.

You have to remember you are drinking this tea for a specific reason. The taste does not do it for me. The results are varied. I tend to have issues with being regular. I don’t like magnesium citrate like that and sometimes makes me nauseous to where I can’t finish it. This tea I drink at night with nothing added. It doesn’t taste like yucky licorice either. By morning my tummy is rumbling and ready. Sorry if it’s TMI but this item has never failed me.

Product works well !! Drink water to avoid cramping .

Take this tea at night before you go to sleep and you’ll be going to the bathroom every morning before work. boil the entire box for 30 minutes and drink 2 ounces per night.
