I have ADHD, I am constantly putting things down and forgetting where on earth I put it. The number of latenesses cause by my being unable to find my keys are now vastly reduced. The app is easy to set up and pairing the tags couldn’t be easier. They’re loud enough to be heard from a couple of rooms away although they struggle a bit if they’re in a bag or in a pile of clothes (which they often are.) This older model feels sturdier than the the newer models (I have so many of these now) I love the little map function which is mostly accurate but has sort of a rough 5m-10m radius rather than pin point accuracy. I have discovered the Bluetooth connection will not work if they’ve been sat on by a human or a pet - that cat held my car keys hostage for half an hour once!

This thing is a life saver. I am an absolute nightmare for losing keys but no longer. Now I can ring my keys. Battery is incredible along with a massive range. The sound is very loud.

My Samsung Tile Mates have been a real lifesaver, or should I say key-saver, in our household. The days of playing hide-and-seek with keys, usually tucked away in a coat pocket or hiding in a handbag (or just generally drop-kicked down the hallway), are long gone. These little trackers have allowed us to avoid a lot stress, especially when time is of the essence and the keys decide to go on an adventure. The range on these tiles is impressive. Whether the keys are playing hide-and-seek under a cushion or chilling in another room, finding them is now as easy as following the beep. It's like having a homing device. One of our tiles (and it's respective garage door key) went on a real journey, ending up a mile away from home! Thanks to the app, we got a general idea of its location on the map. Now, this is where it gets interesting. Someone found it and scanned it, but alas, there was no way to communicate with this kind-hearted soul, but I did immediately update the found message with my number... which they either saw or never rang. The Tile then turned into a mini travel blogger, moving from one place to another, until its final destination – a bin. Yes, I had to rummage through trash to rescue it, like a weird treasure hunt. So, while the Samsung Tile Mate is a fantastic tool for keeping track of your belongings, it could use a feature to communicate with the person who finds your lost item when they scan it. It would save the hassle of playing detective and, in my case, the indignity of bin diving. Nonetheless, it's a nifty little device that has brought more peace and less chaos to our lives.

Bought 6 of these Tiles for family at Christmas, It was great to see that although each paired with different phones they did not interfere with other phones. These devises have a function that uses Bluetooth to call the misplaced phone through Bluetooth, however when they are pressed, they will not set off any other phone that is paired to another tile, but will only call the phone that the unit is paired with. They also have a function to tell you where your keys or Tile are when they are within 50 meters range, or alternatively if they are out of range, they will tell you where the Tile was when it was last in range. The battery is non replaceable but that it has a 3-year battery life. The installation of the Tile onto the phone is simple, just by scanning a QR code on the box, and then following the instructions on the screen to install the App onto your device and pairing it. The process took less than 5 mins from start to finish. It is excellent value for money and I would highly recommend the device.

This is a lifesaver for my partner. He is always losing his keys and so this has been so helpful to him. It’s looks good and is discreet. It was easy for him to set up and it’s easy for him to use via his phone. We haven’t had any issues with the connectivity either. Would definitely recommend and I need to get one myself.

I became completely frustrated at constantly misplacing keys (especially when leaving the house for work) that I decided to give one of these a go. Easy key-sey, problems solved. I bought some as gifts and one each for my garden, car and work keys. They were very easy to set up on my phone, and have saved me time.

Bought this to keep track of my granddaughter on holiday. We only needed to use it once and found her quickly. Will use it again on future holidays.

Connectivity just isn't adequate. The battery isn't replaceable.

Tracking not working

I put this Tile on my boyfriend’s keychain and it has been a total game changer. He used to get so frustrated every single morning trying to find his keys, and now he can locate them instantly. No more tearing the house apart before leaving. One time he had even left them in the fridge LOL To this day, he still says this is his favorite gift I’ve ever bought him, which says a lot. We’ve had it for about two years now and the battery is still going strong. It’s been super reliable and easy to use. He liked it so much that I also bought him the wallet version, and that’s been just as helpful. If you’re buying this for someone who’s always losing their keys, this is one of those gifts they’ll actually use and appreciate every day.
