Trustworthy leash - great value
Solid leash. Durable. Inexpensive. At the end of this leash is one of the most important things in the world to me... who just happens to be able to take off at 40mph (SQUIRREL!) lol So a sturdy leash is critical!! I have small hands and the 3/4” width is ideal. And apparently hard to come by. I couldn’t find it in any major pet store, so I turned to Amazon. 1” leashes are way too wide, especially if I double wind. And 5/8” feels flimsy. The red is a very bright red – like cherry – with a touch of pink/magenta in it. It is not a deep Santa/fire truck red. That’s ok. I wanted something to compliment the festive collar I got my boy and since red is a secondary color, matching exact wasn’t a big deal. I would order this brand again. The only bummer is the color selection is not very wide or fashionable.

A Hand Saver
I purchased the pink and purple 4 foot ¾ inch. My wife picked the colors :-) I replaced a 3/8 inch thin six for leash, brand unknown. The 3/4 inch made a huge difference walking an 18 pound wiener dog mix that is very strong for her size. The leash no longer hurts my hand if she pulls on the leash. The other is used on a 7 pound dog. A smaller width would also work, but there are no problems with the ¾ inch leash and it does not look out of place.

Delightful dog leash
The first leash lasted many years, hopefully this one will as well. It's strong, a nice length, and true to color.
