Q: What material is the work desk surface made of?

Laminate on top, sides and underneath and I expect it's particle board under that. It is finished on all sides.

Q: My desk show "rSt" in the screen and doesn't allow me to program height . how can this be resolved?

The answer to your question is on page 5 of the installation guide at the bottom: "Reset Function & Troubleshooting" It is too long to put here AND it won't let me cut and paste. If you don't have the manual, reach out to flexispot.com
