Nice size laptop
The Surface is my favorite laptop. This is my third one. It's almost the size of a pad so I have traveled with it while keeping it in the outside pocket of my carry on. I chose this on because I don't need anything larger than Core i5 and it has 238 gb and Windows 11.

This tablet gets very hot at times
The battery life is not long lasting the most I do not like is this surface gets really hot for some reason I have used surfaces every since the surface came out but this one gets hot not like the other surface I have used those did not get hot like this one does an I use it for everything just like I would a PC

Defective tablet advertised as "like new." Seller refuses to provide customer service.
This tablet was advertised as "like new" and "still in the box." Instead, I received a defective tablet that constantly goes to sleep while actively using it. I reached out to the seller and instead of offering solutions, they have sent petty responses suggesting I "Google" for help or reach out to third parties that were not involved in the transaction. The seller lied about the condition of the product and has continued to send insulting email responses when I ask them to correct their mistake. Avoid this seller at all costs. They are not honest about the quality of their products nor do they stand behind their products. If you need help, they make every effort to pass the buck and are belittling and patronizing their correspondences. Again, this seller lied about the condition of the tablet in their advertisement. This seller then refused to refund my money and refused to replace the defective tablet with a functioning tablet akin to the one I paid for. This seller is a con. It would not surprise me if the tablet is actually stolen.
