All is really good except for automatic timer.it never ever dispenses food. everytime I have to feed my fish manually. Is it faulty machine or is it really not automatic?

This product has a lot of mixed reviews, hence, I though I will leave a detailed review and comment. 1. You need to order this gadget so that this may reach you atleast 3 days before you leave on your vacation. It needs some testing and monitoring initially so that you are confident of how the product works. 2. If you have a small Aquarium, lets say 50 Ltr one, you should tape away half of the food dispensing outlet straight away to ensure that you can control the feed size, else, all your fishes will go belly up and water will get spoiled. 3. It counts hours from the moment you insert a battery. I inserted at 7.00 am and chose the default once a day feeding option. Observed for a couple of days just to make sure I know that it is working, and it did work. 4. Came back from a 7 day break and all my fishes except one small one were alive and happy, so, the product continued to work in my absence too. 5. This thing is really really silent, so, you will not hear when it turns and drops food into the aquarium. I literally installed it outside and checked before I trusted it :-) 6. The product is not a jugaad. It looks and works with finess. 7. Dump the manual, they send the same manual for all models, so it can get bonkers. Just fix battery, fill food, regulate the dispenser mouth to decide quantity, observe for a day max, and then you are good to go!
