Bit noisy but works really well during hot weather to keep the PS5 cool.

The cooling fan works great it reduces my ps5 from overheating too quick but it's slightly loud

So i bought this of course to keep my PS5 cool, and it works extremely well. Does a great job at dispersing the heat away from the console itself. The only slight gripe i have with it, and i know it’s nothing really is that it turns on when in rest mode. Yes i could turn off the rest mode power, but i use it to charge my controllers, etc. I have to squeeze my hand down the side of the console and press the button. Yes it’s nothing major but just a slight annoyance. Also if you’re not playing with headphones, and if you have the console on say your desk so it’s near etc it is quite loud. Overall just a few little gripes but of course to be expected, the product itself works very well to cool the console though. So i would definitely recommend if you’re having issues with the heat.

When I first gave my PlayStation its prosthetic limb, it was loud but was a “loud fan” sound which was to be expected. It cools my PlayStation down and stops it overheating if it’s laying down. Sadly after around 2 weeks of use, the fans began to make a “grinding” sound against the plastic. Pushing the fan blades and all sorts very precisely can shut it up for a session, but it’s getting worse and it doesn’t seem plausible to dismantle and fit back together without cracking plastic casings to reach screws. I would advise to spend a little more money and get one more professionally built, because the grinding fan noise is so bad it’s not worth it. Good cooling, bad build quality, good fit, bad noise level.

With the fear of my playstation getting to hot I decided to get one last upgrade to the cooling station and this bad boy definitely did the job fit's perfectly without any hassle simply slide the clips into the top of the vents and line it up with the USB port again was perfect fit no trouble there as well definitely was worth the buy also has a added button so u can tunr in off while running the console if u so choose to

I have a digital PS5 which unfortunately suffers from bad coil whine; to the point where it's distracting when I'm playing games. I wasn't under any illusions about this being a nice silent cooling solution, but it seems to be loud enough to mask the coil whine (or get rid of it? I can't tell) but quiet enough not to bother me. As a bonus, the hot air it blows out doubles as a heater for the room - much better than being bankrupted by gas bills with the radiator. It could be better with a light toggle, as it is quite bright, but it's not that big a deal to adapt where you have the console located.

Bought this after reading the reviews. Worked fine for a couple of months and then suddenly stopped working. Fans are loud but not annoyingly so and it does draw the heat away just doesn't work for long.

Brought as my sons PS5 kept over heating and shutting down, easy to install- he thinks it looks pretty cool with the blue lights and has done the job perfectly! Used for over a week now and computer has not shut down once !

Does it’s job, keeps the PS5 quiet while in use but is extremely loud now my PS5 sounds like a XBOX 360

I've tested it running Farming Simulator 22 as I find this Is a very demanding game for the ps5 and after using this fan for a few months I've found it really does help removed hot air faster from the system and I'd say this was a good purchase. However after the couple months of using when I first fire up my PS5 and the fan kicks on, the fan sounds really rough and like it's broken but after 20 seconds of warming up it functions like it was new.
