During my journey to living a healthier life I began starting a liquid fast. I cut out all meats and starches in the first two weeks of my fast. During the third week I began bringing fish and other types of seafood back into my diet for the copper absorption. My goal was to detox and to get my body realigned properly because I was suffering from poor blood circulation which at times would cause symptoms of high blood pressure. So I sought out to remedy this issue as naturally as possible to put a stop to this, and came across some herbalist information as to treating hypertension and also helping with the circulation of blood, and also lowering my risk of blood clods and aneurysms. The first two vitamins that came up where the combination of calcium and magnesium. There is plenty of information out there describing the benefits of both Calcium and Magnesium so I wont write an essay about their benefits. Then I came across the book Dead Doctors don't lie which had a plethora of information regarding several different diseases that we experience every day of our lives from Cancer, Hypertension, Heart disease, Arthritis and more. In the topic of hypertension, and arthritis the doctor talked about Boron and how it was responsible for the body absorption of calcium and magnesium along with other benefits such as support of the brain, bone health and so on. Since I have been taking the Trace mineral Liquid Ionic Boron I have noticed that the soreness that I had in my wrist from doing pushups just totally disappeared. The other benefit that totally took me by surprise is this...I am bald, I cut all my hair off last year because I had a line at the top of my head, and also the circle of death where most men bald first and after a week of taking the Boron hair literally has started growing back in those places. With the fact that I now have hair growth again that's enough proof to me that this particular brand of Boron is working and doing something in my body. It could be a combination of things that is contributing, but I tell you there was no growth in those two areas until I started taking the Boron. Even the hair on my eyelids underneath my eyes are producing hair again. So in my final words I am sold on this product and seller. Since then I have also ordered, and am using their liquid version of Selenium. So any one looking for for a trace mineral that will render some results it is right here.

This is my first time that I have taken Boron by itself because usually it is already a part of a mix of a multi-vitamin + minerals drink I consume such as "Alive". bought this stuff not for me, but for a female friend who has severe arthritis and hot flashes. I bought two bottles so I could try it also. Very interesting stuff and I do like it but I mix it with juice because this stuff is extremely salty. The first time I took it, it was late afternoon and I got very tired, so now I only take it after dinner a few hours before going to bed. I sleep very well on this stuff. As for how it helps my joints? Yes, it helps me feel better although I do not have arthirtic or serious joint issues. My joint issues are minor but I do feel more comfort in my right knee, which has slight pain but that is from not stretching enough after the gym. Overall, I am happy with this stuff.

The is a great product!!! I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel syndrome, compress nerves in my neck and lower back, herniated disc in the T-spine, arthritis and frozen shoulders. The pain is very crippling. I have been taking magnesium powder and omega 3 fatty acid and I have not felt them work at all. When I received the product, I took a dropper full in water and I could feel it working a little. A couple hours later I took a dropper full with the magnesium powder and it cause the magnesium to work better. The muscle spasm released in areas that muscle relaxer did not work on. Then I started to take the flax seed oil which a table spoon full has 7.1 grams of Omega 3 fatty acids. Taking all three at the same time I found the it works the best for me. I take about 20 milligrams of Boron a day which is safe for women, men can take more. For those of you that stated that it does not work, you may have a deficiency of Magnesium or Omega-3 fatty acids or both. I stopped taking the flax seed oil for a couple of days. When pain came back with a vengeance. The spasms and pain made me think that I was having a stroke or a heart attack. The spasms are cause by calcium/Magnesium imbalance. The body is getting to much Calcium into the muscles and causing contractions and the Magnesium causes the muscles to release the contraction. When I started back taking the Flax seed oil I had to take 3 table spoons of it to get most of the spasm and pain to subside. For me it gave me horrible diarrhea and I started to get depressed. Im a very healthy 50 yr old man. So no clue if it would work . Just becareful

Very happy with the purchase. I bought ionic boron due to a recommendation from my naturopath, and I have noticed a marked difference in my arthritic pain. I take other ionic supplements, as they have a higher absorption rate. I now include ionic boron into my daily supplement routine. Will be buying again!

This product has potassium benzoate, which mixed with vitamin C produces benzene. Benzene is a carcinogenic. i.e., it will give you cancer. Vitamin C is found in vegetables, fruits and, in low quantities , in meat. I don't know who had the brilliant idea to add potassium benzoate to a simple supplement of an electrolyte like Boron. But who ever it was thank you. I am so please with this product that I will give it 5 stars and go eat a Vitamin C rich orange after taking this wonderful low cost supplement.
