24-Volt Max Lithium Ion (Li-ion) 1/2-in Cordless Brushless Drill with Battery and Soft Case

Have used this drill quite a bit since purchasing. Drilling through timber, hardwood, perspex, and metal sheeting. Very handy as a screwdriver. Lots of torque and overall power. Have used it to power a flexible drain auger. Light enough to carry around easily, but looks like it's tough enough to stand some abuse. The supplied battery lasts for ages before recharging, which itself is pretty quick, and I love the on-battery charge indicator. Night and day comparison to the B&D drill it replaced, which had NiCad batteries needing regular replacement. Loving it so far. Definitely "the little drill that could".

I have been eyeing this drill for a while. After my purchase, I put it right to work here at my home. Great drill - powerful, great battery life, fantastic torque, came with a stabilizing arm and carry bag. This bag, by the way, is big enough to carry the drill and a few other tools you may need to cart around. Glad I made the purchase.

I like how it's compatible with my other kobalt products. Battery life seems good. Put together a swing set and the battery lasted the whole assembly. Not to bulky.

Great drill, great power, like ths battery life indicators. However, it recently stopped working. 2 Batteries both indicate full charge. Im going to file a warranty claim because its 3 years. I've only had this one year with light usage.

I got exactly what I wanted. Wanted to purchase the elusive "Hammer" version, but after reading reviews, I found out that there is an apparent bait and switch going on between the Hammer version and the model I specifically purchased. So I ordered the hammerless version. Let me tell you. This Kobalt drill has absolutely nothing to envy from the other "pro" versions out there. This is a solid, well-built unit. Plenty of power and endurance. I hope that tool reviews which keep down playing Kobalt 24v continue. That way I can continue to enjoy the good pricing on this Awesome line of cordless power tools.
