Wanted a way to test A/C systems without using (wasting) freon. So got this and a small bottle of Nitrogen to pressurize the system. Works okay. Do not have any idea if gauges are right, nothing to test against. I just set the pressure @ 100 psi. Sould be roundabout there. 😁 The other gauge tells what left in the bottle. Unless it's broke, it will have some reading. It works good for that purpose. And the price was okay for what I needed.

Had to rent a nitrogen bottle to recharge the air suspension in my wife’s truck. Unfortunately my local gas company doesn’t rent regulators and they wanted way to much for theirs. Purchased this regulator along with the other parts necessary to complete the recharge and it worked perfectly. Sadly there is a leak in the suspension system, but this allowed me to use the regulator several times and every time the regulated pressure has matched the gage on my recharge fitting. This regulator was well worth the price and works better than I expected.

I bought this regulator for use on a Praxair 40cf nitrogen gas cylinder that I use for R134a automotive air conditioning system leak detection. It works great for my needs in that regard. I did have to couple it with a Mastercool 82634 1/2" ACME adapter for use with R134a rated hoses though. I have included a front and back photo so you can see the regulator mounted. I was apprehensive about such an unknown Chinese import brand, but the large number of other Amazon reviews got me to pull the trigger. The solid brass construction and reliable regulation over three months of shop use has relieved my concerns and I would purchase this item again if I needed to. I only took off one star for the lack of any sort of factory warranty in the unlikely event something went downhill after the Amazon return period had expired.

This nitrogen regulator is vary good my yellow jacket HVAC hoses fit perfectly and the the nitrogen connection where you connect your HVAC hoses has a shredder valve. Just be careful of not tipping or dripping the tank because it can breaks your regulator and one tip when installing the regulator to your nitrogen tank make sure it’s tight and then check with soap and bubbles, overall it’s a good regulator for the price I really recommend it I am using it to do nitrogen pressure leak tests on mini splits before vacuuming and releasing refrigerant to make sure there are no leaks.

I recently purchased this nitrogen regulator, hoping for an efficient and reliable device. Unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. There are several issues with this regulator that I feel obliged to share with potential buyers. Firstly, the build quality is subpar, not what you would expect for a device that's supposed to handle high-pressure gases. The materials used seem cheap and flimsy, leading me to question the longevity of the unit. Upon unboxing, I noticed visible signs of poor craftsmanship, like poorly aligned parts and visible gaps. The second and most frustrating issue is the inconsistency in gas flow. A reliable nitrogen regulator should maintain a steady output pressure, but this one fluctuates unpredictably, making any precision task nearly impossible. This regulator has failed to keep a stable nitrogen flow, leading to wasted gas and time. Also, the gauge on this device is grossly inaccurate. Despite calibrating it several times, it still fails to provide accurate readings. This adds to the problem of inconsistent gas flow, as you can't trust the gauge's readings for your operations. Safety is also a concern. Due to the poor build quality and the unpredictable nature of this regulator, I felt uncomfortable and unsafe using it. With something as crucial and potentially hazardous as a gas regulator, safety and reliability should be paramount. Sadly, this product does not meet these standards. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this nitrogen regulator to anyone. The poor quality, inconsistent performance, inaccurate gauge, and lack of reliable customer service make it an unworthy purchase. Investing a bit more in a quality, reliable regulator will save you time, money, and potential safety hazards in the long run.

The neck is short and it’s not a precision instrument, but if you just need a cheap functional regulator this will work fine.

Reasonable quality for the price but thread 2mm bigger than my Hobbyweld Nitrogen cylinder. Easy to return however.

Main cylinder pressure gauge was completely bent and no noticeable damage on the packing. Very weak structure. The line pressure gauge needle was below the stopper pin. Was a cheap gamble and didn't pay off.

So far this product has been great. It seems to be good quality.
