Darn tough indeed
I have the midweight and lightweight socks from Darn Tough and wanted something more lightweight for hiking and running in the summer. These are perfect and will buy another pair. They are very comfortable, excellent moisture wicking.

NO PADDING - fantastic!
Quite thin, just as I wanted, with zero padding. Genuine crew length. Liked them so much for the price that I bought a second pair.

I am tough on socks, and my wife gets tired of darning my socks. She make sure I am always trimming my toenails. Can socks save a marriage? No, but they do save my wife some time which helps. These are quality socks, and are a good value considering their longevity and warranty. For a running sock these are just the proper weight. The size is appropriate, and wearing then around the house shoeless they have been warm and I have had no slipping issues (important for older people)
