WOD Shorts WOD Warrior 4.0

My measurements:87cm waist 34.2in.102cm hips 40in.I got a a 34, and they fit perfect. There is only enough space to put one hand down my shorts to adjust my cup, if I do not use the string.There is no elastic in the waist, but they do have a string, and the string is stretchy, and well placed.These are now, one of my favorite training pants.They are light weight, they stretch a LOT. It's like they are made from a thicker version of the NIKE dry-fit material.You may need to wear compression shorts under these, if you are going to be spending some time on your back, with your legs in the air.They do not drop so far as to see your underwear, but close.I personally added some elastic to the waist, so I do not have to use the string, and so now.. these are one of my favorite shorts for MuayThai and Krav.

Pros: Fabric quality is top notch, and these shorts seem to provide just the right kind of stretch and fit to survive a workout.Cons: The hemming at the top of the shorts, on both pairs I ordered, causes the top of the shorts to "fold over" and it's hard to get the velcro to snap in just right. There is a string tie on the inside of the shorts but the string isn't anchored or knotted anywhere, nor is there enough spare to knot yourself, and once it slides out of the guideholes, you will never get it back in.Although the shorts fit comfortably, I feel like ergonomically, they could have been done better. Also, not that some will care, but there are no pockets except for one sewn in on the front inside which isn't even big enough for a small ipod. Having no storage means you can't run or workout with your phone/music. If you go to the gym you're going to have to lock everything up.

Perfect length, I'm 5'10 with a 31 waste line. the 32 worked great! They go to about mid knee on me. I like the material, I like the slits on the side, The Velcro... i'm still trying to get used to, but it's what separates these shorts from regular basketball shorts. They work well in the nastiest of WOD's they breath really nice, and look great!The shipping took forever! I think it took a little over 2 weeks, but there was that crazy polar vortex that went through that area, and USPS said they were delayed because of the storm, so it may have been on them, not Epic.

I use these for Crossfit. I can do all the lifts and squats in them, very stretchy and comfy. I am only giving these 4 stars because I wish it had an outside pocket. It has one insice but it is not very big. Good shorts for the price. The logo might be corny but roll with it. hehe.

These are constructed well and stitching is holding up nicely. The logo on the side seems to be holding up well after four or five washes it still look good. I bought this for Krav Maga defense training, and the gym. They look good, comfortable to wear, seam split on the side works well for extended movement. I like them.

Great Shorts. The fabric is a bit 'thick'..Would be great in the gym,, but no so much for outdoor activities..Appears to be good quality.. sturdy..

typically wore a size 30/31 I went for a trial on size 30 because but the shorts were overly tight. Definently needed to go with the next size up.
