Good flavor and well disciplined heat.
They're all tasty and they all have that hot pepper sting like you got slapped in the face but it's not stupid hot like someone daring you to sweat and cry. It's more nuanced and balanced. It's like a symphony of beautiful strings that snap and hit you in the mouth when you get too close. But then even when your tongue is stunned there's still the complexities of the flavor beyond the heat. These sauces were made by an artist!

Not what you think.
Bought these to give a try. Giving them 1 star cuz they do taste alright. Heat wise …ketchup has more of a kick than any of these bbq sauces. So if you’re looking for spicy, it’s ain’t here.

No heat, all taste the same
Two stars for a natural list of ingredients, but I should have paid more attention - they are mostly the same for all three flavors. Can barely taste a difference; make sure you like apples. Tony must think black pepper is hot, because saying these are 3,4 and 5 peppers on his scale is silly. Of course this is subjective, but I can barely tolerate Tabasco and these barely tingle.

Great flavor and well balanced
I got the 3 pack to try them all and I’m so happy with them. They’re a great mix of bbq flavor with some heat but it’s not overpowering. The ghost is my fav but the reaper is quite good too with a little more heat. Definitely will buy again.

Great bbq sauce just tasted tony pigg’s kickin hot sauce good flavor not too hot . You would think it might be hotter but it’s just right glad I bought it very satisfied will get again . Probably one of the best bbq sauces I have ever had. Great sauce . Love it .
