I was hesitant to purchase this product because of how expensive it is, but decided to just for it one day. And boy am I glad to have done so! This is my new favorite. Let's get into why. BENEFITS OF INGREDIENTS: I never realised just how beneficial sunflower oil is until purchasing this product and doing a little research. Rich in antioxidants, non-comedogenic, fast absorbing, deeply hydrating, anti-inflammatory, protects against uv light, helps fine lines/wrinkles AND acne, restores the skin's natural barrier... the list seems to go on! This product uses sunflower oil as its carrier, and then uses other extracts (neroli, squalane, tocopherol, basil, etc) which further assist in the above benefits and more! PRODUCT IS FREE OF: That's what it has ~ what about what it's left out? This product has zero parabens, artificial colorants, artificial fragrances, mineral oil, and steroids. Nice! SCENT: It has a subtle smell: earthy, herbal, and slightly seeet, almost reminiscent of hemp or patchouli, but which no doubt comes from the neroli, basil, and bergamont. (Again, all ingredients which are incredibly beneficial to skin!) USE AND FEEL: I only need 2 drops of this to cover my entire face. Two! I will have this bottle for quite some time, and the earlier hesitation at price has been eliminated due to the efficiency of use. It absorbs quickly, while still leaving a dewy touch, and leaves my skin feeling soft, clean, and hydrated. BONUS: Added benefit ~ since using this product last in my facial routine, makeup applies afterwards like a dream! Both liquid and powder! I've totally ditched my primer. FINAL THOUGHTS: Will 100% be purchasing this again once I run out. Turns out is is cost effective; it smells nice, goes on easily, and my skin loves it. Highly recommend!

This oil is incredible. It goes on oily like an oil, but will quickly sink into your skin leaving it with a healthy, from within glow. It's moisturizing like heavy oils but has a dry oil finish so it's never sticky. I liked how it kept my skin moisturized all day but I wish the "oily glowy" lasted longer than 2 hrs. I have super sensitive skin (dry-combo), and it didn't irritate my just chemical peeled new skin at all. The herbal scent is very strong, and I get why people are complaining about it, because I dislike it too. If you're used to Aveda products, this oil smells like that. I still like this oil enough to put up with the scent though. Lastly, I was so happy with this oil that I ordered their Real Barrier Extreme Cream the next day, and promptly returned it because this OIL made my skin look better due to the oily glow effect. Skin moisture level-wise - Cream vs Oil - seemed to be the same, so if you're looking at this brand wondering what to try, I recommend the Oil more than their lotions/creams. (edit to add: the "cream" also broke me out. )

I have dry skin and after trying Rovectin Barrier Repair Face Oil, I can see the difference. It left my skin feeling glowy and just so soft. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who suffers from dry skin because this is very fast-acting face oil. It is especially helpful to have during these winter months. I loved it and will keep another bottle once this one runs out!

One of the best products for my aging skin. It retains moisture and my skin is smooth and supple.

I have dry dehydrated skin. This oil leaves my skin plump and a natural glow. A lot goes a long way, I only use a few drops (3-5) and pat on my face and neck. It has a medicinal smell which I love but may bother others. I think it can be used during all seasons. Follow with a moisturizer and my skin is happily hydrated. I will continue to purchase this. The quality matches the price!

This oil gives very good absorption and hydration. It is very light and do not leave any scents after. The smell was so subtle which was too light for me as I am looking for a more concentrated Naroli scented oil.

This is a wonderful oil for day time use for dry or combination skin. I have been wearing it for weeks under my makeup and sunscreen moisturizer on the dry patches of my combination skin and I am not overly dry by the end of the day. I do prefer a heavier oil for evening but this one is great for day time which can be hard to find. I also really enjoy the natural scent of of the oil as well.

Long story short, messed up my face with a retinol that was too strong for me (thank you sephoras gifts) and ended up with terrible acne , pilling, redness and burning face and damaged skin barrier. Thanks to youtube I found this oil and it saved my face(along with other stuff of course) ... but this is it , this will get your face healed so much sooner. Now, I still use every day/every other day, I just add two drops into my last step(moisturizer) and I have the most silkiest cream ever. When my skin was damaged I will put like 4 drops directly to my face , I needed the full action. I have had this for 6 months and I am 1/3 down , will but it again and again LOVE IT !

I have a very dry face and when I started using the Rovectin brands, I fell in love with it. The hero is the oil. Not many products can keep my face hydrated for 6-7 hours but this one does.

Bought this is Mar 2021,and the expiry is Dec 2021!! Very short expiry period and wasn't made known on listing. Just checked it today (May 2021) and is beyond return period.

My skin got very sensitive when I over exfoliated it two weeks ago. My skin was very dry and was stinging a lot. I used all kind of moisturizer to minimize the sensibility. And when I first used this product I had great results, the redness and the dryness were gone instantly, and this effect lasted the whole day. I absolutely loved it
