This elago case is the best of the three I purchased for use with my AirPods 3. The first was the ATUAT AirPods 3 Case, Protective Silicone Cover. That one wasn't good because the lid cover didn't sit flush against the rest of the cover when closed. It was like a loose-fitting sweater on my AirPods 3 case. The second one I purchased was the Maxjoy Airpods 3 Shockproof Case Cover with Lock. With that one, the lid wouldn't stay on the lid of my AirPods 3 case. When the lock was closed, the back of the case lid would lift up so the locking mechanism was completely worthless in securing the lid on. I feel that the supplied tape to secure the lid wasn't adequate. The elago is the best fitting one. The lid sits flush with the rest of the case, but you have to be careful to ever so gently center the lid on correctly. Once you do that, it's phenomenal. The only issue, for those of you who are OCD, is you can see the double sided tape through the top lid so if you didn't quite center it like I did not do, then it will bug you to no end. Thankfully, over the years, I've developed an IDGAS (I don't give a SH**) attitude so it doesn't bother me as much as I used to. This is the only case I’ve had on this set of AirPods, and after years of every day use and abuse, it’s kept my AirPods safe and it’s still elegant and easy to clean. The clear light pink material hasn’t yellowed at all, and the grip is surprisingly very grippy. Works seamlessly on MagSafe chargers. Easy to wipe clean but doesn’t attract grease or dust. It was made well and is elegant.

After a couple weeks the top would fall off and wasn’t ask grippy on the case. It’s the design I think, it’s meant to be snug lil cap but I guess it’s not THAT snug. It looks beautiful though, the color really pops. I keep it on my keychain and as long as you’re not bumping into things or brushing against stuff (which is hard to avoid but hey) you should be able to keep the two halves of your case for a while. Bottom part is snug af tho that’s for sure.

It’s been a month or so since I got it and I can say that it’s a very good case. It is a little bendy (it’s not hard plastic), but unlike other cases of the same material, it doesn’t slip off the AirPods at all. It also comes with an adhesive that you can stick to the top of your AirPods so when you place the top part of the case, that won’t slip off too. It is a tad bit difficult for it to budge (sorry to all those people with fidgety fingers that like to mess around with the case with their bored or anxious, I’m one of those people too haha). There isn’t much else to say but if something were to happen to this case, I’ll definitely order another one again :D

One thing I've always had an issue with after buying clear cases is them turning yellow after some time. No matter if I bought the case from 5 below or the apple store itself, it'd always change to yellow. Thankfully, this is the only clear case cover I've had that has not turned yellow and hopefully it never does. It keeps your airpods case from getting dirty, it's easy to wipe clean, and it's the cutest minimalist design. It'd be better with no logo on the case but you can barely see it

I bought one of these protective cases for my wife so she can continue to see her name that is engraved on the AirPods. She loved it so much and they were a perfect fit that I ended up buying one for myself to replace the PDU black one. I e also love it so much. Not only are they perfect fit, but they also look so elegant, easy to take off and put back on, and very durable.

The lid cover does not stay on and I know eventually I am going to lose it. The color is vibrant and great (the reason I purchased), but once I lose the top part I am going to have to replace with something better.

I'm very satisfied with this AirPods 3 protective case. The interior has small dots to increase friction, making it less likely to slip off. The material is highly transparent, giving it a high-quality appearance. It fits my AirPods 3 perfectly. Overall, it's excellent.
