I was recommended these by a good friend of mine. The quality of the supplement is very good! I am pleased with the packaging it came in. There have been several peer reviewed studies on this product's ability to slow down the progression of prostate cancer as well as slow down the rate of PSA increase. So, after a month of use, 2 pills 1x a day on an empty stomach, I no longer have problems getting up off the sofa, past spinal fusion L5S1, would not be able to stand straight up, but now no problem. My knees don’t hurt anymore walking down steps. Inflammation is the cause of all of this and this product eliminates inflammation. Highly recommend you give it a try and see if it works for you. I’m hoping it will have a positive effect long-term for BPH as well. Expensive, I hope they can find away to lower cost because I’m sure many more people would buy the product.

Been taking BROQ for about a week now and I've actually felt my gut become a bit more settled! I try to eat healthy and workout but I can't seem to get the abs and flat stomach I want. Not only is it healthy and a supplement most people need, I am starting to see my stomach flatten out.
