Excellent. I take it right before bed and it improves my sleep significantly (causes the release of CCK). I learned about this product from Norwegian's in Svolvaer (Lofoten, Norway) and I was skeptical, but I was wrong. This is an excellent, high quality product and it actually tastes good.

The best fish oil on the market. I used to take this everyday living in Norway and I couldn’t pass it up. I keep mine in the fridge for a better taste, even though it already tastes great.
