I'm very happy with these minerals! Only critique is that the pill is huge, which might not be for everybody, but personally I find taking a large pill easier than a small one because small ones get stuck in my throat so this one is easy for me. This has a very complete array of minerals, which is very well balanced. If you're having muscle cramps but you don't know what you're deficient in, you could order five other bottles of stuff or you could just order this one plus a malic acid pill. (That's the only thing this doesn't have that it really needs to be paired with so you can fully absorb and utilize it. I suggest using Nature's Life Malic Acid , 800 Mg, Mineral Chelating Agent, 250 Veg Capsules.)

I will be using liquid form instead of this as it does not disolve well. I cannot afford to get a kidney stone. And yes I am taking w Vit d , K2

I have been taking the Mega Minerals for several months. I also have been taking statins for elevated cholesterol for over 15 years. For me, this medication causes muscle cramps, especially in my legs and feet. Many times it has gotten so bad that I have had to take other medication to relieve the cramps. Since I started using Mega Minerals not only have I stopped taking the additional medications, I have stopped having the cramps altogether. I had a heart attack 15 years ago, I told my doctor that I thought that I hurt more than my heart. I said I am not thinking as clearly as I did and I keep forgetting things. He said you are fine, that's just the medicine. For me at least, Mega Minerals seem to be helping with that problem. I feel brighter, clearer and in general I just feel better and more energetic since starting to take them. I would highly recommend trying them for a couple of months to see if they work for you.

To be completely honest with you be careful of this supplement. Most of the minerals in this are poorly absorbed by the body for example the Magnesium is Magnesium oxide which is poorly absorbed. So if you have bad digestion I wouldn’t recommend this. May work better for you if your digestion I’d good. Gave one Star because it had no effect

These pills are huge. Even cutting them in half they are hard to swallow.
