Love it. It reduced the size of my pores and smoothed my skin.

I've taking this for at least a year with no side effects. I have dry skin; this helps with the underlying moisture, making my skin plump & more resilient. What I didn't expect is easing of joint pain with my knee. I dislocated my knee years ago & it at times it hurt. That stop after a few weeks of taking this supplement. I even have better movement. It's a larger pill & the lavender coating really helps make sure it's dissolves in the right place to be effective. For those that have trouble swallowing large pills this maybe an issue. For me it's worth the money, it works. While it's not a cure all, the joint benefit is enough for me.

I’ve been taking these for about 4 years now, very effective! Seriously my nails, hair and skin have never been better. My nails are super strong, Amy hair grows so thick and my skin feels great! No smell, no taste, no after taste. Super ingredients and highly recommended by my local organic store which is how I started taking these. Highly recommend.

Pills are pretty big, so you may have to cut them in halves to take them. I don't take them for any specific reason, nor do I take them every day religiously. I take them about every other day and hope it helps to stay healthy. It's a reputable brand, so I thought it'd be a good idea to incorporate it into my fitness & nutrition habits.

I decided to try the Solgar Collagen Hyaluronic Acid Complex Tablets in the hope that they would support my skin health and help with recovery after exercise. I have only been taking them for a little while, so it is hard to say yet whether they are definitely working — but so far, I am happy to continue using them. The tablets are quite large, which I noticed straight away, but surprisingly I found them easy to swallow with water, which is a bonus. They seem to be relatively good value for money considering the ingredients and brand reputation. Time will tell if I start to see visible results, but I feel positive about incorporating them into my wellness routine.
