I have used this mug about every other day since I got it, and it has held up very well. It is a good size and it keeps my coffee warm well. It is not leak-proof. I tried to take it in the car with me to work one day when my normal travel mug was not available and while most of my coffee made the trip, the mug doesn't fit in the cup holder and it spilled some even with the lid closed. I like the closing mechanism. All in all it's one of my favorite mugs, and is among 3 that I use on a daily basis.

I use a short travel coffee mug for tea because lid is snug...better for steeping tea ,this mug is great well made keeps tea warm sturdy perfect size easy to hold perfect shade of ivory cream color my go to mug for tea, worth it

Long over due replacement for cheap orange mug from goodwill. First it is elegant and comfortable for small hands to hold. Second it has a comfortable, useable lid that keeps kitty paws out of my milk/chai tea. Third it does not keep everything to hot to drink---- I can set it down on my morning chores and still have hot tea 20 mins later. I would say its good for about an hour. Please note this is not a travel cup--- it is a deck /house mug. for travel I use a thermos 2 cup with pour spout.

Keeps my coffee nice and hot. That being said the lid does allow it to leak a bit. Since I am only using it at home it isn’t a big problem.

This cup is exactly what I was looking for to take my hot tea into work. I like the handle & it keeps the tea hot! I like the flip top lid so no chance of spilling! Love all the colors available. Nice cup!

Lid does not seal properly any little bit of a bump, and it splashes over the side under the lid above the seal

Love this for when im studying and want to keep my drink warm for a couple hours and sip from it here and there. I notice it only keeps my milk tea warm for about 2-3 hours but definitely not 8 hours. But, that’s good enough for me! This isn’t spill proof, so i wouldn’t bring this for a road trip. I would only use this when I am camping or at home settled somewhere but not for while driving (doesn’t fit in cup holder because of the handle)

These keep your drinks hot or cold for hours. Nice quality and good price. I bought 2 one in pink for me and one in black for my husband . We use them everyday and still look like brand new.

I have bought and wasted so much money over the years trying different insulated coffee mugs and I have finally found one that actually works and works well. I never use the plastic lid as I don't use this as a travel mug, just a normal mug. I just wanted a coffee mug that keeps my coffee hot, from start to finish, as I like my coffee hot. This does just that, better than any other insulated mug I have bought. The outside never gets hot, so you can hold it by the handle or the body without any issue, whilst the liquid inside stays hot, just like I want it to. Perfect

Great looks good works well doubt it would keep hot for eight hours but I’ll never put it to that test.

Great Kit! Robust, very effective at keeping a brew warm and very good looking mugs in a good range of colours (ours are Black and a kind of Duck egg Blue). As now a full time Carer I often used to end up having to Microwave my Coffee (ruin the taste or drink it luke warm - ugh)! These have taken care of all that and have the added advantage of being very handy for use by people routinely drinking a beverage in bed, as the fixed lid helps to avoid spills if dropped, and avoids burnt lips! Back in my youth and Family Camping these would have been great 'Kit' to have. While not 'Cheap' I think it's fair to say the cost to quality and Style balance works out pretty well and while I can't imagine breaking either, if lost I would replace them a.s.a.p. ! I would gladly recommend these for all the reasons stated above.
