The only problem I had was printing specific days but customer support responded in less than five minutes and within five minutes I was printing date specific reports, Customer care with this company is excellent.

My property management had purchased this product for one of our Retail Commercial malls for our security team to conduct and perform their hourly patrols throughout the complex. It was easy to install and program, and is easy to use compared to other products like in nature. Programming checkpoints and guard tags were as simple and easy as well. Highly recommend this product to any property management or security company.
