The lumbar pillow is very comfortable and provides excellent support for the lower back. The foam is soft yet firm, ideal for a better night's sleep. The warmth relaxes the muscles and relieves lower back pain. I highly recommend it.

I love it heats up with no problem, and I love the heat it put out. I use it on my back. I'm going to buy another one to take to work.

It gets very warm on high so I rarely use it more than medium. It fits nice at the base of my back between the back of the chair and me. The connection and cable to recharge seem pretty flimsy but after 3 months is still holding up. See how it is in another 3 months or so.

I've had the rest for a year, but the heat is no longer working. The rest does provide support.

This has made such a huge difference for me - I am buying another and have recommended it to multiple people with low back and sciatica pain. I sleep with this - use it on the couch and take it with me in the car even though my Lincoln has great lumbar support - it is not enough - and car rides are miserable - this has really helped. The heat surprised me as it is instant - My only complaint is the super bright LED light! I need to put tape or something over it as I have to cover it on my bed when I go to sleep - it will light the whole room up. Need pitch back when sleeping. Other than that it is great - I read the size may be small for some, however, my father-in-law is pretty big and he loved it - I am small so it's perfect for me. Highly recommend.

Arched my back too much and made the pain worse.

I bought this for my husband 2 plus months ago and for 2 months it worked great. Unfortunately the heating element inside the pillow stopped working and the return window has closed. Very disappointing! We have other heating pads that have worked for over 20 years. Won’t buy this product again!

I waited a while before leaving a review and I can say that this lumbar support (for your bed) has really helped with my pain. I will tell you that you need to be careful when having the heat on the high setting for too long. It gets very hot, and even though it auto adjusts to the lower setting (there are 3 settings) it's still pretty hot. I wrap mine in a thin towel and wear a shirt and it still gets pretty hot. I really do like this thing! I use it mostly every day and it's helped ease my lower back pain. The support and heat is a great combination. Be careful not to fall asleep if it's on the high setting!

Very uncomfortable, as well as 2 finger wide heat wires, barely giving any heat even on highest. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This pillow met my expectations and makes my back feel better while driving. Happy with pillow.

I have 3 slipped discs in my lumbar area and wanted to try a support pillow before considering buying a new mattress. I ordered 3 different support pillows to try out and this one is by far the best. This product is firm but not too hard. It is also not so thick, such that your entire lower back is arched too high. The heat pad seems to work well and has three settings. Low, medium and high temperature. This is a great product and I give this a 5 out of 5.
