Tasted pretty great, works as a replacement for breakfast while giving you some caffeine if you're looking for that like me. Starts the day off nicely. The protein content, ingredients, quality, everything seemed great. The expiration date was quite a ways away, which was nice as well. I would recommend, especially if they put it on sale.

Probably one of Atkins' more ambitious flavors, but it delivers. I primarily use Atkins shakes for the high protein and meal replacement value, but this has the added value of caffeine. I couldn't how many mg's od caffeine that the drink contains, but it is enough to start my day and not so high that it will keep me up if I have one midday. Obviously, purchasing as a subscription makes it affordable. BTW, for me, 4 stars is an excellent rating as the quality and consistency is so much better than the competition,

These are a must in my work lunch box. I absolutely love the taste of these and they help me feel full when I am working. If they ever stop making them I will just have to start fasting.

These shakes are probably the best flavored and textured (ew, but iykyk) protein shakes/meal replacement shakes out there. I’m not a breakfast person and was a gym rat in a former life, so I’ve tried MANY protein shakes and powder mixes. If you need higher protein, get Premier Protein at COSTCO. Otherwise, these are a great option and a good price.

The flavor is much better than the 2 Australian ones ( vanilla and Chocolate) really love the USA flavors and wish they were cheaper to get here. Great product although a bit pricey
