I am 5’4, 180lbs, bought a size LARGE. It was pretty tough getting on at first, I unclipped the crotch, slid it up, put the straps on, clipped the crotch, then fastened it from top to bottom. I had to do some squeezing and cut my thumb, but when I got it, I was golden! Very snug in the tummy/back area but it fits comfortably. Does not cause the unpleasant back/armpit fat to hang out, so I do appreciate that about this product! Very sturdy and snug, giving plenty of support in the belly area. The thigh piece is sorta loose on me, but I like it because I don’t feel restricted in that area…. Sorta gives the boobs a little lift too, which I love cause I don’t have big boobies! Overall, very happy with this shapewear! Do recommend.
